Hey Mark are you the same Mark that is a photographer who lives in China? Or is that just a coincidence? lol Can you expound on what you mean by, “not easy to practice Qigong in China.”

Hi Sindy,
Yes I am the same one, I’m also a very passionate photographer . Unfortunatly qigong has pretty much moved underground due to restrictions regarding its practice here..cannot say too much more online other than I would like to find a true master here in Shanghai if possible. Any ideas?

Most certainly I am a Medical Qigong Practitioner but nothing near comparing to this gentleman.
Hi Sindy, i’m following a similar pattern to you, spent 18+ years studying and practicing Wu Shu Gung Fu and Tai Chi and Japanese Shotokan Karate now practicing Qigong which is not easy ‘strangely enough’ here in China.
