Hi Everyone,
As i’m sure most of you know, I live and work in Shanghai China, and for the past few days I have not been able to get around/over the Great China Firewall ( I.e get to my blog) because WordPress and the like are not permitted here. It is a struggle sometimes but on a more positive note it has given me some more time to think, to be more compassionate and to meditate more so for that I am very grateful š I will try to post as often as able and hope that i can start to get my connection again.
