Wow, this week has started off on a really positive note 🙂 work has been great to me, my home life and friends have been fantastic, I spent two incredible evenings in the presence of and learning from a Tantric Yoga Guru, i feel wonderful and full of the joys of spring and I have also been bestowed with two nominations for blogging awards. I bow to their kindness, the love and friendship they have bestowed upon me and feel humbled by their lovely words of praise towards me, my blog and what I stand for 🙂

I will however decline to go through the award acceptance process due to the time they take to complete but humbly  give thanks to them both  from the bottom of my heart 🙂
