The true object of our love is ourselves

The real object of our love is not outside of us..
The real object of our love is ourselves.
We have to know how to love ourselves and how to tune into our true nature..
To see the wholesome, the good, the true and the beautiful within us.
Then we will be able to see that in others.

  • I agree with this somewhat and prefer from ourselves and not outside of ourselves for sure. I’d like to add that it comes from God through us and then to the outside, but that’s just me. šŸ™‚

    • Hi Laura, yes it is from God, Source, or whatever deity we as individuals believe in and in order to give love to others then we must first of all have love for ourselves. Thank you for your comment šŸ™‚
