Today was a particularly trying day for me interacting with my fellow humans, but I found my happy Zen place and soldiered on and refused to accept the negativity.  I simply projected an aura of white light and concentrated on surrounding myself with it while said human spewed hatred at me.  This was a complete stranger by the way.

In the moment, I feel I was having an out of body experience.  Everything the person in question was saying was just passing through me.  It registered in as much as I heard what was being said, but, like the Matrix, though I stood perfectly still, my soul was busy bending and moving in all kinds of crazy ways in an effort to dodge the negative daggers being thrown at me.  The Darkside was full on trying to bend me to its will and bring me to my knees.  It wanted…

Believe it or not… as human beings we are all transmitting energy (either positive or negative energy) and other people will pick up the same signal or energy and do the same. This is what known as the law of attraction.

Remember that it requires the same effort to transmit either positive or negative energy. Therefore, the goal is to train ourselves to transmit the positive energy because it can result in positive results. For instance, if you want to attract like-minded positive people, you must transmit the positive signal so that it’s in congruent or matching with those you want to attract. Life’s really tough at times, isn’t it?  Sages and spiritual leaders are often helping so many people by giving advice on how to be happy. Many say our purpose is to be happy.

I know the pain of being unhappy and I know I’m not alone in this. Each one of us has had and will continue to have life’s ups and downs – it’s part of being human. We cannot know happiness without having felt sadness.

I am absolutely honoured and blessed when someone opens up to me about what in life is getting them down.  When I can help somehow or even just offer a confidential ear, it’s a gift to know I am trusted.

Sixteen years ago today my Mum was stolen from us unexpectedly.

Her name was Sandra but she preferred Sandy. She was a warm, caring and gentle lady, a devoted wife and a placid, encouraging parent.  She was intuitive, supportive and generous and she also had a scintillating sense of humour.  My Mum was completely selfless and when it came to arranging her funeral many more people attended than we imagined simply because she’d touched their lives with kindness in a way they wouldn’t forget.

A number of misfortunes contributed to her death but the thief of always was breast cancer and if hate was not such a negative emotion I’d hate breast cancer for all eternity for taking my Mum and widowing my darling Dad.  Instead I leave a tribute and I think she’ll like it.
