My Dear Friends,

It has been a very long time since I last posted here on my blog and for that, I’m so sorry!

As you know my life has been going through some challenges, my heart was broken and I shut myself down, protecting myself from all around me. But through my meditations and connection to my channel, to my higher-self, I have once again found my life, I have picked up my life through Art, this art and my daily meditation sessions have re-awakened me to the joys of life, my art has brought me freedom once again and helped me re-connect with humanity, to make new friends and to start to love again 🙂

I’m smiling, my tears are not just filled with sorrow anymore, they are filled with joy 🙂 My thoughts come and go and I’m once again living in the ‘Now’. Over the years, I have spoken about pain, compassion, joy, love sorrow and grief, and I believe also I have helped a few people along the way with the words that used to flow freely from my fingers within my posts. But these posts came to a staggering halt when I lost my love, I found it hard to open myself up to others, to interact, to be joyful beyond the smile I showed to people in my daily life, this false smile was hiding the true hurt inside my heart.

Picking up my pencils and my brushes have allowed the freedom of my spirit to talk to me through my art and it has helped me re-connect with humanity, to once again open up my heart to the joys that life really holds for me in this lifetime. I am truly awakened to a new me, to a new phase in my life and I feel stronger than ever before 🙂

I have added a few images of my latest venture into Thangka painting, this and my other art brings me joy, relaxes and calms my mind and allows the true me to open my heart to the future.

Healing Your Creation Temple ~ A Meditation from Quan Yin

We are the Quan Yin and we wish to share with you this day our beloved sisters and brothers. We thank you for your time and energies. We offer you a Rose of Dispensation and an Elixir of Light now to support your energy to open and release all that.

Choose now to open up your heart and be in the light now. Allow the energies of the light to flow through you. Breathe in deeply now and focus on your sacral chakra.

As you open the sacral chakra, feel the light of love fill the sacral chakra now, our beloveds. Ask now for this light to lift all wounds in your sacral chakra.

We place now a yellow rose in the sacral chakra and it begins to open and grow and expand now. Open your energies and allow for this expansion to occur now, dear ones.

Speak softly to your sacral chakra and ask it to surrender to the light all the memories it holds now. It is not just about the feminine energies held in the sacral, but it also includes the masculine energies held in this sacral chakra. It is the chakra of your creation.

The sacral chakra holds the original memories of your creation and separation from Source. It is in this chakra that these memories are held for all time.

We ask you now to breathe in deeply and allow these memories to be released. If you feel any pain or discomfort in your body, we ask you to simply become aware of this and focus your love on this area as your breathe deeply in and out.

Continue with this breath for five minutes or more as you place your focus on the heart of the sacral chakra. Focus on this place within you.

The healing angels and three archangels come to you now to assist with this, as we come to hold you now in this time. Call for us now to be with you.

Where the wounds have manifested within your physical body the healing angels begin to work on this area and the organs around it, so you may feel a tingle or a pulling here. We ask you to breathe through this gently and deeply.

You may wish to tone or to sound aloud as this occurs for you, dear ones. As this healing begins to take place, know that it is also taking place on all other levels of your light body.

This sacral chakra holds many memories from all the dimensions in your multi-dimensional bodies and this clearing occurs now to assist you in your creation of Self and the life you are choosing to manifest on Earth.

We ask you now to visualise yourself in your sacral temple, your temple of creation. For some it will be a golden temple with large columns of light, for others it may be crystalline temple in its nature, and for some it will be pure white and luminous.

Choose to open and expand your heart energy in this temple and fill it with the love from your heart. Feel the energies expand now as your sacral temple becomes filled with the loving essence of your being.

The Masters and the Angels are with you to assist you with their energies and to lift your energies into a higher vibration.

You may feel this tingling through your body now in the physical. As you stand in your creation temple you see a long corridor and we ask you now to walk along this corridor.

It has many doors on both sides and as you walk you will feel called to enter these doorways. As you step inside a doorway you may see or hear other beings in this room. These are the soul aspects of your memories held in the sacral.

We ask you now to explore these rooms and doorways as you feel called. Some may feel inclined to step into many rooms and some may only wish to enter one. All is perfect for you in divine timing, dear ones.

As you open to reconnect with these memories we will help you to clear them from your sacral creation temple and restore them to God again.

Work with your souls aspects now and allow them to show you the memory they hold in this room, if they feel they need to show you. We ask you to hold the love vibration in your heart through this connection and to speak to them with love in your words and your being.

Send these soul aspects love now. Send this love to their hearts and allow them to be filled with this vibration.

Ask them now to surrender all they hold in separation memory to God, to the Source of all that is. Ask them to forgive now all that has occurred across all time, space and dimension and across all planes and on all levels.

Some of you, beloved ones, may need to call on the karmic council for release of any karma consciousness that is held over these memories. Simply call the karmic council and then ask them for karmic absolution in regard to this now. Wait for their response. We will intercede on your behalf and lift the karma to the light of God’s heart.

Many soul aspects may need to break agreements and vows or contracts they have made and we ask you to ask them if this is the case. Ask them simply, do you need to break any agreements or vows you have made. If they say yes, then do so.

When this is complete for you ask them now to release all memories and associations of their aspects in this dimension now to God and to place it all in the eternal flame of God’s heart until these aspects are standing before you in their true nature of light, in their true being, no longer hidden by the dark veils of memories and emotions. When they are in their true nature of light ask them to merge with you in your heart.

Send a rainbow bridge of light to them with love from your heart and ask them to walk across this bridge into your heart. Embrace them as they come to you with love and compassion and surrender to this process. They merge now with you back into the One heart of all that is through your heart and this divine healing process.

We ask you to remember to breathe through this process and to ask for assistance at all times from us, the Quan Yin, and the Angels of healing that are with you during this process.

When you have completed one room of old karmic memories, you may continue down the corridor doing the same until you feel there are no more rooms you need to enter at this time.

Then continue all the way to the end of the corridor where you walk through a doorway into a chamber of healing. Stand within this chamber and a golden shower of light flows over you, surrounding you. The chamber then fills up with golden light completely and you find that you are floating in this chamber of golden light. Breathe and simply allow this process to occur.

As it does you feel your body completely give way to the energies and it makes you feel profoundly relaxed. You may even release a large sigh, as if all is released now.

Remain in this healing chamber for the time you feel is needed for you.

When you are ready to leave, continue through the door on the other side. An emissary of light is waiting for you on the other side with a robe of white and gold light to place over you.

The emissary takes you back to the main room of your creation temple and asks you to lie on the beautiful white and golden bed that is on the floor. Red roses are scattered all around this bed as you are asked to lie down.

Voices begin to sing to you now in the temple, gently at first, until they build to a crescendo. The vibration of these voices runs through every part of your body. You may at times feel like you are levitating from the bed in your temple.

Breathe now and allow this healing to occur. You may feel hands being placed upon your sacral chakra and your heart chakra, or other parts of your body. Breathe as this occurs. Breathe in the energy of healing that is being offered to you. Remain here in the temple until you feel it is complete.

At this time you may feel like toning or sounding aloud in your own language or you may simply feel like being in the quiet of your true creation nature. Allow whatever comes for you at this time, dear ones, to complete this healing.

Know that your sacral chakra is your divine creation chakra, the creation of all that you are. It assists you to be all that you are in your true nature of light. It supports you to create for yourself all you need to create on this Earth now. It is the chakra of fertile creation and manifestation. It assists you to manifest all in your life that you need to continue your journey and to walk on your path.

Trapped in Our Wounds ~ Wisdom from Mother Mary

My Dear Friends,

In recent times I have become aware of a deep-seated program within us that causes judgment when we become ill or have pain or struggle in some way in our lives. This program causes us to believe that there is something wrong when things don’t go the way we want or expect, when life is not all flow, harmony or joy.

When this occurs we often seek out what the problem is and wish to fix it. I have seen this so often when teaching other practitioners UR Healing and also with my clients and students, and other therapists. We often go straight to “what is wrong” and how can we “fix it”. I have also realised this belief is the very foundation of allopathic medical practices at this time.

For example, when someone develops cancer many look for the problem and how to fix it. How many times have you heard comments such as: “I do not understand how they could have cancer, they have done so much spiritual work.”

I have even had a healer friend who developed a serious illness that required emergency surgery and she felt so guilty that she stopped practicing for three years because she felt so guilty that she did not see it coming and was unable to “fix it” herself. It took her many years to forgive herself for getting ‘sick’. She had a belief that there was something wrong with her to be so sick and not heal it herself.

As I have had my shares of physical body issues recently and have experienced this need to want to know what is “wrong” with me, I went to Mother Mary and asked her about this. Basically what she told me was that while we continue to believe something is wrong with this experience and we are judging it or are in resistance to it, then we do not learn and grow from it.

Here is what she had to say:

Dearest heart, within the great schism of the human heart there are many old beliefs and programs that you carry from generation to generation of your beings. Until this consciousness is resolved with love it will continue to affect humanity.

The old belief that is held there is something is wrong when illness or pain comes to you through your experiences arising out of the attachment that humanity holds to duality – black and white, good and evil. It sits in the hearts of all the sons and daughters of God’s light that are incarnated on the Earth and until it is filled with love and the understanding that all is divine no matter the experience then nothing is resolved in the physical plane.

And is this not the journey of each and every soul in the physical plane, dear heart? To experience through the physical all that has been created in the outer bodies of light that has forgotten is divinity. This belief that all must be as the ego mind sees perfection, dear heart, is an old attachment of the human mind.

Yet the human mind has forgotten what it is and from whence it came. The human mind has forgotten its spiritual nature, the true spirit that gives it form. It has forgotten that this spirit is untouched by what it experiences on the Earth in truth and remains the eternal self. Yet it experiences many things in the physical form. Yet dear one, it is to be remembered that the physical form of matter is not the eternal self, it is finite like all that sits in the form of matter. The human mind finds this truth greatly difficult to accept due to its attachment to duality and the physical form of matter and tries to apply its duality to the eternal self.

Yes, dear one, a child falls and grazes its knee and the soul cries and feels the child’s pain. Yet the spirit watches and is the witness of this experience. The human mind wants to create a story from this experience to try and understand why the child fell, and where the pain came from. It wants the story to have no pain or trauma for this is the ideal of perfection that the human mind holds. Yet in the physical realm to have joy you must have pain because you are in the physical body and the physical body sits in the realms of matter and duality. You are in this realm to experience all things, not simply what the human mind believes you must feel and experience through its fear and need to control.

And still the spirit watches, witnesses and learns. While the soul experiences and stumbles and falls again and again in many ways.

While the soul may judge this experience and wish it not to be so and the human mind creates many stories around this and believes it all must be fixed and made into its ideal of perfection, the spirit continues to observe and be the witness as it learns and evolves through every step of the physical process.

Yet in this process the human mind becomes greatly attached to its stories and ideals, while the soul often cowers in its pain and misunderstandings of the physical journey it is experiencing. And still the spirit watches and observes and learns.

The human mind wishes to control and interfere with what it is experiencing when the experience and story is not as it wishes it to be. Then the soul believes that something is wrong and it must be fixed because the human body is not in its perfection. When this occurs the soul forgets to open its bridge to its spirit and believes it is the physical self and may become lost in its pain.

And still the spirit watches, observes, learns and grows.

It is not until the human mind and the soul remember what they are in truth and open their bridge to the everlasting spirit of light from God’s heart that they begin to understand that each experience on the Earth is simply an experience of physical matter and in each experience there is a gift of learning and growth for the spirit.

Each experience is a step in the process of coming into the Mastery of physical matter. The spirit understands to have this mastery it cannot become physical matter and forget that which it is. To have mastery of the manifestation of light into physical matter requires detachment from matter, dear heart.

It requires each being to understand that every experience offers an opportunity to learn and grow and there is no need for stories and entrapments in wounds and suffering. The human mind is asked to realise that it is a master not a victim of the human experience. When it understands this then it understands that there is never anything wrong, nothing to judge, and nothing to fix. All is in divine and perfect order as it is. Accept the experience, let go your resistance to it and wanting it to be different and then become the observer.

When you choose to create judgement and believe that your experiences are wrong or sinful then you are sitting in duality of the physical density. When you sit in this miasma you cannot be the Master, only the victim and the participator trying to control from the human mind.

When you do this you cannot observe, learn and grow. You simply become trapped in the experience and begin to carry it on your shoulders as a burden that requires action. Yet truly all it needs is to be witnessed, loved and honoured as a step in your path to Mastery.

I’ve been Painting from my Meditations again.

During these deep meditations and channeling sessions, I have been experiencing very focused images in my Third Eye, scenes that I must put down in a painting, a creative image representing the vision that I experienced in the moment, in the ‘Now’ .

Are you Heart Centered?

A channel from Saint Germain

We welcome you in light and love. What a glorious day it is today. Open your heart and receive the love of All That Is and make manifest the light of who you are on the Earth today.

Expand, expand, expand from within and glow with your light and love, sending it out all around you this day so all may know its glory. All beings will then feel and understand the light and love you carry within you, all beings will understand that which you are and bask in its glory.

All beings will feel the love you emanate and in the doing so they will be filled themselves with God’s great love and light so they will be fulfilled within themselves.

If you choose this today then your light will touch the heart of others and assist them to connect to their own love and light within. For whenever another being shines their light all beings receive this within and are supported to connect to their own love and light. It is the mirror of who they are.

So we ask you all now to connect to your heart centres. Go deep within and connect to your heart centres, not your physical hearts, but the centre of your being that we call the heart centre. It is your temple within the place where you feel joy and peace, it is the place where all is calm and safe.

Find this place within you now and sit within it. Illuminate it, activate it, and align yourself with it.

Ask the mind not to create it for you because it is already there and it is for you to discover. Your mind cannot create this heart temple even though it may try to pretend it does. For in this space is a depth of frequency and light that cannot be created by your ego mind. It is the very Source of all that you are and cannot be replicated by your intellect, dear hearts.

You will know this heart centre when you find it. It is an old familiar place for you and you have sat in this place many times; yet you have simply forgotten it. Discover it today as you read this.

Make a choice to enter this place of light and love right now in your heart centre. At first, it may not be the bright light of which we speak, but just a dim light, but as you truly choose to reconnect more with your heart centre you will illuminate it greatly. This heart centre is the very centre of your inner being, the centre of all that you are. It is your Source. It is where your worlds are made manifest. It is the control centre of your great being, if you will. It is the driving centre of your consciousness.

If you are disconnected to your heart centre then your ego mind is driving the being that you are, and your being is rudderless and without the power of its light. So we ask you to choose right now to go within, breathe deeply through the nose and then out through the mouth and discover this beautiful place within you.

To make it easier, you may wish to connect to the cord of light that runs through the centre of your being – see this now in your vision. It is a cord of light that flows through the centre of your being. It connects to Source above you and to the heart of Mother Earth below. It is the channel for all energy to flow through your being. Connect with this cord now. See it above you connecting to Source/God/Goddess and then see it running all the way through your being and going deeply within the Earth connecting to the heart crystal of Mother Earth.

Stand in this cord of light and simply ask to be taken to your heart temple. If you let go then you will simply drop like being in an elevator to the centre of your being to your heart centre and then you may alight and enter this sacred place within you.

Sit in this place and expand your energy outwards to fill this temple. Keep expanding now. You are much greater than you think. Fill this place with your light and love. Feel the love of God/Goddess flow within you, then expand it outwards all around you.

Feel the peace and calm of the now in this space. Sit on the floor of your heart temple and expand yourself outwards to fill the temple, then even larger to fill the physical presence that you are. Then expand even larger still to fill the energy field around you at least 3 metres or more all around you.

Expand, expand and expand filling all with your light and love. In this space there will be no mind for it is impossible for the mind to operate in this expanded state.

In this state there will only be your inner presence, your divine being of light and love. Connect now with this being and understand the greatness of all that you are. Understand now your infinite light and love. Understand now your infinite wisdom and divinity, understand at this time that you are truly infinite, a world without end. This is who you are.

Understand that the illusion of smallness simply limits you in the third dimension. Choose to make manifest at this time who you are. Connect with your inner being and hand the driving wheel over to this part of you, surrendering the power of the mind and the ego now.

Allow yourself at this time to disconnect to the limitations of the third dimension and feel yourself completely fulfilled and filled with the light and love of God/Goddess.

Breathe deeply now and then ask what it is you need to know now, in this moment. Wait and listen for the response. You might wish to write this down so you do not forget it. Discover how to communicate now with your inner being so wisdom and guidance are yours. Sit with this experience and within it. Listen with your heart fully open and filled with the light and love of God/Goddess and know that this is what you are in all your glory. Be in the now of All that Is.

As you sit in this divine moment you will feel yourself one with the slipstream of life itself and you will know the infinite glory of being One with All that Is. Is this not marvellous?

We offer you this gift today and ask that you share this with others. Share your love and light as you walk each day with others. Shine your light forth, do not hide it, do not pretend to be something you are not. Instead, choose to be all that you are in every waking moment and do not be limited by the mass consciousness of the third dimension. You are here to shine your light through this mass and to illuminate all things and beings.

Do this now with love in your heart and light in your energy field and share this with all.

Know that when you choose to walk the Earth in your true being, life becomes a wondrous journey. We thank you and bless you in love and light dear ones.

My Spiritual Journey (Continued)

My Dear Friends,

I thought it was about time I updated this page ‘My Spiritual Journey’ as I have neglected it for way, way too long 😦

Many things have happened to me over this past year or so, I have experienced many beautiful things and many things I would rather forget! However, I do realise that life as we know it is not a bed of roses, life comes with its up’s and it’s down’s, good and bad, happy and sad…Life, is as they say, ‘What it is’!. I

I do, however, also know that life is what you make it, life is how you view it and life is determined by your thoughts and your actions, we have choices each and every day, and most of the time we choose the easy route, the route with what we perceive is the least painful, the less challenging, and the one that sits closest to our comfort zone…But hey!, come on guys, the reality is all that you are searching for, and yearning for; sits just outside your comfort zone!….’Fact’

I, like many others am also comfortable within my comfort zone, I like to be alone most of the time, although I am a good socialiser and actually quite like it when I get off my backside and ‘Just Do It’!…But, I like many millions of others, I don’t often take the risks or walk outside my comfort zone because of fear, fear of the unknown…’Will it be ok? Will I be ok? What if?…Etc

My spiritual connection with my higher self, my sensitivity, my empathy and me healing energies have been gaining strength over the years, my intuition is really high and if I would only let go of my ego mind; fully, then abundance flows in my life, my life is filled with joy, happiness, love, and compassion, I go from strength to strength on ‘high’, high on life itself!…But it’s that damn word again ‘Fear’…that always holds me back, the fear of not being successful, the fear of letting people down, the fear of not generating enough income to survive and provide, the fear, the damn fear!…

My channeling has taken a back step of late because of fear, my daily meditations have taken a back step because of fear, my plans for my spiritual retreat have taken a back step or no step forward because of fear…..But why?….What is behind this fear?

So, yesterday I did a family constellation with a real Master, a lady who has been doing family constellations for more that 30 years, she teaches family constellations all around the world and yesterday I came out of my ‘Fear Closet’ and actually did one for myself…and it was amazing 🙂 She opened my eyes, and more importantly, opened my heart to what this fear was/is, she took me deeply into my own family constellation, we looked at all my family, my parents, their parents, brothers and sisters, aunties, uncles,children, grandchildren and the relationships within all these groups, we role-played my parents and as my heart started to open, out came the truths, the things that have been causing my fears, the things holding me back from living my life, from achieving the best from my life and holding me back from my future.

Now, obviously I’m not going to go into details of that was/is causing my fear but suffice to say I confronted them straight on, they were open right there before my eyes, I could see then, look them in the eyes and release them, and it felt great, I felt great….At last, my tears flowed, they flowed and they flowed, I met my fears head on, I took control, I gave the burdens that i have been carrying for years back to them as they were no longer mine to hold, and I stood tall; with a smile on my face and an open heart, once again ready to move forward with my life….

So, my dear friends, don’t allow your fears to hold you back any longer, reach out to someone who can help, message me if you need support, because there is ‘Always’ a way to break free of the chains that hold you back…. 🙂

The Path of Service

My Dear Friends,

So often we confuse our path of service with serving the needs of our ego mind. It is not always easy to know the difference because when we follow our ego mind we may become very stuck in old programs – all that we already know or that others know – such as the programs of our family, friends and even our spiritual connections. These help to keep us in our comfort zone.

Yet, what we do not always understand is that we are here to be in service to the light of God within each one of us and to manifest it on the Earth in some way in accordance to Divine Will. We are here to be guided by our Divine Self, that part of God that sits in the heart of each one of us.

Saint Germain tells us: “There is one primary reason for you to be and that is to manifest the essence of God into the physical dimension.“

We are all emissaries of God’s light on the Earth and we are here to make that light manifest in the physical plane. How do we do that? Open to receive the guidance of our Divine Will because it will always show us the path. Yet are we truly listening and do we know the difference between our divine will and our ego will?

To offer service to our light we are asked to let go all the agenda’s we hold about God’s light – where it is, what it is, how it should look and what it does or does not do. More importantly, we are asked to let go all preconceived ideas about how it manifests in the physical plane. When we hold old programs and beliefs of what this is, then we can only serve through the ego mind.

Our ego mind does not know the heart of God’s light within us, it does not know the Divine Plan of God’s heart, it does not know the mystery of God’s heart and it is limited in what it ‘thinks’ it knows.

So when we serve our ego mind to manifest our path of service to the heart of God’s light we always serve the light with limitation and very often in illusion or distortion.

Yet how do we serve the light to manifest through us in each moment on the Earth? We all have keys and codes within us to assist this to occur. It is for each one of us to make a choice to go deeply within our hearts and connect with our divine light to find these keys so we may truly serve the light of God’s heart to be manifested on the Earth in alignment to the will of our Divine Self.

How we manifest God’s light will be different for each one of us because we are all unique codes of God’s heart. Yes, we are all one but each one of us makes up the whole and each one of us holds specific gifts and codes from the light of God’s heart to manifest on the Earth.

We do not need to know the how and why, all we are being asked to do is to open our hearts and allow the light of God’s heart to flow in our lives every day. When we do this the how and the why always takes care of itself through our alignment to Divine Will.

When we allow Divine Will to flow in our lives it will guide us on the path of service to our light that we are here to follow. Divine Will does not need to be told what to do or how it has to be done by your ego.

Choose to let go your need to control the mystery, let go your need to always know and interpret the heart of God’s light through your mind. Simply open your heart to serve your Divine Light and all will flow in perfect divine order.

Lost for Words!

My Dear Friends,

I’m just lost for words!

I have been going through one of the most challenging times of my life and honestly I’m just lost for words……

Each day, for the last few months, I have wanted to put my fingers on this keyboard and spell out my feelings, to share with you what has been going on in my life, but when i go to do so, I’m just lost for words!

I cannot seem to conjure up the words that will make the sense of what my heart has been feeling, I cannot seem to express the brokenness of my heart through words alone, only tears can start to convey how I have been feeling.

Sometimes only my lovely dogs can understand, they come to me when I’m crying, they feel my pain and without any judgement, they lie by my side, no words are needed only their unconditional love, which is ‘Always’ there for me.

I look outside to the world that surrounds me, my family, my friends, and, sometimes I, see only me…The world continues on, I am just a blip on the landscape, a soul in transition, a source of energy that moves along with the movement of time, my life is my life, yes, people care for me but it’s my life and only I am responsible for it, only I can live it, only I can find the words to continue my way….

Welcome, your beloved hearts this day. We come to say that it is not what one can see that is important .. it is what one cannot .. that is of the essence of all that is, dear ones.

Life as you know it is but a minute bubble in the scheme of things. It is simply what you have created from this experience in the realms of matter, our beloveds. It is not the be and end of all, no surely it is not. We ask you to understand this and to choose not to be so entrapped by your creations in the physical world, dear ones.

In this realm of physical matter, you often become so enmeshed in what you create as your reality and yet cannot see in truth past this creation with your knowing and wisdom, dear ones. You allow the reality of your creations in the physical realm to take you over and this is all you see.

Your movie that was called the Matrix indeed showed you a perception of this and was not far from the truth, although it brought through your fears and distortions, placing you as the victims once again, dear ones. But we say to you this is not truth.

For you are not victims of the Universe or some dreaded computer machine, dear ones. Many of you would prefer to let go your responsibility and believe this in truth, dear ones, for it brings ease to your minds and fears. And even those amongst you who know of the power of the light sometimes prefer to do this believing they are the victims of some other entity such as a wrathful God or beings from afar, dear ones. But in truth, this is not so.

Yet many choose to hold this belief and create this as their reality for it is easier to create the understanding that they indeed are not responsible for their creations in this realm and are indeed following instructions of God or another being, dear ones.

Why is this? For many prefer not to take responsibility for all that they create as their reality in the physical realm even your Prime Ministers and Presidents and Kings and Queens. Choosing instead to abdicate their Mastery to become the victim of outside influences.

It is easier for them to believe that they have a mandate from a God that is directing them to go to war or to raise taxes or to ignore the minority for the better of the majority. Or, even dear ones to invade and war in countries for the highest good.

Many of these things in your realm are done under the banner of God or faith or a higher deity than yourselves, dear ones. In truth, this is exactly what is occurring in your realm at this time, our beloved ones, as it has occurred so many times before.

And in the doing so too do you, each one, also do the same as your presidents, kings and queens and choose to abdicate your Mastery and to give your power to a higher deity than you, a more powerful being then you or an influence outside of you.

We say to you that the peace and harmony you seek in your realm, dear ones, may not arrive until you have realised that in truth you indeed are responsible for all your creations, dear ones. When you choose to step into your Mastery and accept and honour all your choices and creations as yours and accept the power each one of your beautiful souls have to create your reality in each moment through your own Mastery then the change will come that you seek.

It begins with the smallest details of your own lives, dear ones, and like the ripples upon the pond it spreads out in a wave of energy to meet all hearts. All transformation needs to begin with yourselves, dear ones, and we ask you to choose to take responsibility for your thoughts and the energy that you create in all things in your reality.

We ask you to taking responsibility for all that you are choosing to create in each moment with those around you including your loved ones, your co-workers and even with those people on the street you pass every day as you go about your daily routines. This is where the transformation is needing to begin, dear ones.

Your Mastery of the physical realm asks of you to choose to take responsibility for yourself and all that you are choosing to BE, dear ones, and how this affects all you create in every moment. For you are indeed the creators of all that is in this realm, dear ones.

Only you can create that which is in this realm, dear ones. The consciousness of God does not do this for you, our beloveds. Your God/Goddess is not the wrathful God of your dreams and storybooks, dear ones. God/Goddess does not take away your free will and keep you enslaved under his or her rule, dear ones. Nor does this consciousness decide what is best for you, dear ones, moment to moment.

You are living in a free will zone on the Earth, dear ones, and this means that all you create is your responsibility. You are responsible for all that occurs in your realm, dear ones.

We say to you that if it is not what you desire then we suggest to you that now is the time to choose to change it, dear ones. It is within your power. Yes indeed, you may call for assistance at any time, dear ones, for your divine highest good and you will receive this assistance from the realms of light and we will come to your aid to assist you to create in truth that which is for your divine highest good, dear ones.

But in truth, we ask you to accept and honour what this means, for it does not always mean that you will win the lottery, simply because you have asked the heavens to do so, our beloved ones.

If it is in your highest good for you to do so, our beloved ones, then indeed this will be granted should you so desire to create this energy unto you. But we say to you that in most cases we have found that many of you are not desirous of creating this energy to you even though you have asked for this to arise for you. We understand this is because you believe exactly the opposite to that which you often demand or request from the Universe, our beloveds.

If this is the case for you, then that is what you will create as your reality because you will have already created the barriers and boundaries for receiving that which you ask for, our beloveds. We would ask you to consider this within yourselves.

It is the same for those who have many riches and ask for happiness in their lives, our beloveds, without pain and hard work. In truth it is often the reason why they are never truly happy in their souls or why they indeed work so hard to retain their gold and coins. It is because they too believe they are undeserving of happiness in their lives or have the belief that it is truly necessary to work hard and drive oneself harder in all things to attain one’s goals for power and riches.

And then there are many beings who truly believe it is their right to be rich, famous and powerful in all things in this realm and to retain that control over others. And this is indeed what they create in this realm. Yet as they hold onto all these things they are unable to fathom why it is their hearts still feel so empty, no matter how much power they control over others. This voice within them is still strong.

They have chosen and created this for themselves because within them their being believes they are not deserving of being fulfilled and it understands that all that they create is not the driving force within them. It is for them to come to the Mastery what they search for and crave is not within their reach and cannot be attained through power over others, dear ones.

All of these things are the challenges that your inner beings create for you so that you may awaken to your true selves. These energies are mirrors to you every day. These are the realities you are choosing to create to hide the truth of all that you are.

Yet in every moment you are learning through these challenges you create for yourself in your life. Some of you awaken to them quickly and some more slowly. Each divine truth you are shown in your reality is only what you have chosen to create for yourself to understand the consciousness that is held within you that needs to be surrendered and released so you can be free of the shackles of your past that bind and hold you in your limitations in this realm of physicality.

We ask you to honour, dear ones, that each and every thing you create in your life brings you closer to your divine truth. It is not another being, or outside influences that is creating these challenges for you, for they indeed are not the creators of your reality.

It is your inner being that wishes you to see the divine truth that you hold within you. It is your soul, your higher self and your Divine Self that work with you to remove the blinkers from your eyes so you can see what is divine truth for you in this realm at this time.

It is these parts of your being that hold the truth of all that you are. They know your Akashic records and all your experiences and the karma you hold. They in truth know what it is you seek and what it is you hold to yourselves and are unable to release or surrender.

These higher conscious parts of you hold the knowledge of all that you have experienced over the eons in this realm and all others, dear ones.

When you are choosing not to see then they will bring it to you in your life and ask you to look, dear ones.

They have been the traveller and the creator of all that is in divine truth for you, dear ones.

It is time now to awaken to these parts of your Divine Self and to listen to what they have to tell you so that you understand they are indeed the true creators of all that is occurring for you in this moment, dear ones. Open your ears and your hearts to your inner self and allow the ego mind to rest at this time for it does not understand this knowledge that your inner self carries within it, dear ones.

The ego mind finds it so difficult to fathom past what is seen in the physical reality, dear ones. Simply allow this and do not expect more of your beautiful ego mind, dear one, than that which they can offer at this time. Allow the ego mind to rest for it has served you well, our beloved ones, and protected you well from the truth of all that is in their desire to please and assist you, dear ones.

Call now for assistance from your inner being, your Divine Self, and sit with this part of you in truth, dear ones. Choose to open your ears to hear them and listen to their wisdom and their counsel, dear ones, for it is this connection that you truly seek in every moment. Do not be afraid of what you may discover, dear ones, for it is all in divine plan and it is truth in this moment for you.

Surrender your fears and your expectations and allow yourself to be held by the inner being within you and become one with them in truth, dear ones. In choosing to do so you will surrender to the journey and all will begin to flow for you in your life.

In so doing you will begin to feel you are indeed reconnected to All That Is and you will understand that everything that occurs for you is of your creation in this realm, dear ones.

All your actions and thoughts are your responsibility, dear ones, for it is only you that creates these and in so doing it is only you that creates your karma. We ask you to observe and choose to understand the cause and effect of all that you choose to create in each moment. Be aware and conscious of all that you think in each moment and be mindful of this, dear ones, and how it affects All That Is. For this is the power you hold.

Stand in the pool of all knowledge through your inner being and understand that everything you do and say and think affects the whole in all things, our beloveds.

You are never alone and you are not a singular entity, our beloveds, for you are indeed part of the whole driven by your own inner selves to achieve all that you can be in every moment in this realm of physicality. You are here in this realm to do so and to become all that you are in truth through your experience in the physical world, our beloveds.

We would ask you to consider that allowing yourself to become entrapped in the physical realm and the illusions of this realm is not serving your divine highest good or that of the whole, our beloveds. It only causes separation, resistance and more pain at this time – challenges indeed, our beloved.

But we say to you these are challenges you no longer have to wade through if you so desire. For the choice to create them is yours, dear hearts. This is the assistance we offer you at this time, our beloveds, to tell you it is now time to let this consciousness go.

The time for ascension is fast arriving in your realm of physicality and there is no longer the need for you to challenge yourself with pain and fear, our beloveds. Surrender this consciousness now and let it go. Choose to move through the limitation and separation energy that mankind has chosen to create in this realm, our beloved. Push through this consciousness of disconnection and separation and reconnect with the being you are in truth and choose to see that which is divine truth in this realm over your illusions, our beloveds.

We say to you it is not so hard to do as you may choose to believe it is, our beloveds. It is only difficult if you choose to create it to be so for yourselves, our beloveds. It is only a challenge if you desire it to be a challenge, our beloveds.

It is simply as easy as standing on the cliff and diving off, our beloveds. We will catch you, our beloveds, you will not fall and break on the rocks below. We will catch you and rise you up into the higher realms and the higher dimensions for this is our role to assist you in all things, our beloveds.

This is why we are all here at this time to assist you in all things. To assist you to unlock the shackles of your limitations that hold you back from connecting with your inner being, your true Divine Self and to fly free of the illusions you have created in this dimension, our beloveds. What Story is Your Truth?

A channeled message from Saint Germain

Dear heart, we come to say to you that you are not your stories, you are the pure light of your soul. Yet how many stories do you run in your mind that create your reality and become your truth, dear heart? Stories from the past and expectations of the future, each one traps you in its tentacles and you make it your truth and reality in the now moment. Yet, we say to you these are simply stories, experiences of the physical realm, but they are not that which you are.

These stories that you tell yourself are not the original blueprint of your being, but simply distortions you have created of this truth. Yet we say to you each story that you create will bring to you experiences and understandings on your journey to fully embracing the divine truth of you.

Your stories come from many places, dear heart, often from your father and mother, grandfather and grandmother, your peer groups, and your collective consciousness. You choose to play these stories as your truth, yet in truth they are but your illusions and your distraction.

Ask yourself dear one how many stories do you offer to yourself in your life? Do you understand how these stories control your reality and the way you perceive the life you are living in each moment of your existence?

Your human mind loves the stories and it has many attachments to these stories that you run as your truth. Yet, we ask you dear ones, are these stories truly the truth of your reality, or are they the illusions through which you are choosing in each moment to live?

When you run these stories you no longer live in the present moment, but simply live through the attachment of your experiences in the past or through an attachment to an expectation you hold of the future. And these may become great burdens and responsibilities that you carry, dear heart, which constantly drain all the energy you hold to live in the present moment in your truth and create your greatest potential.

We would ask you, dear heart, to consider the stories that you are running and living as your truth. As you consider them become aware of what these stories are creating for you. Does the story you are running as your truth right now serve you, to live in peace and harmony or does it create drama and chaos for you?

Is the story you are creating as your truth causing you to remain in struggle and limitation in your life or does it allow you to be fully present in the now and meet your potential? Does your story cause you to feel disempowered and in need of giving your power to another, believing that this other knows more than you and perhaps can see the truth of you?

Does your story ask you to see the God of creation outside of yourself and separate to you, causing you to feel disconnected to the Source of your being and unable to hold the light of yourself firmly in your own heart?

The human ego self is very attached to its stories and the drama and intrigue that is created through every story that you choose to live. It believes these stories give you the experiences of your reality, yet dear heart, how much does this serve you? Are you choosing to live through stories that cause you pain, struggle and suffering? And if this is true for you then have you asked yourself the purpose of this choice you have made? Do you understand, dear one, that your power lies in every choice you make and in each moment you can choose to change your story and live another experience?

Dear heart, we say to you that the story is only the story. Your attachment to the story may be your greatest limitation in your experience of the human physical existence. Being trapped in an old story of pain, struggle and limitation may not serve you to expand, grow and evolve the consciousness of your being in the present moment. It may only hold you trapped in the past or the future.

Often dear heart your ego mind chooses to attach to a story and play it again and again, even lifetime after lifetime because it judges the outcome that was created from that story. The ego was not happy or satisfied with the outcome of the original story and cannot accept it. Through the power of its will it chooses to change the outcome and so continues to play out that story over and over until it is satisfied. It may hold you enthralled for lifetimes in the same story replaying it over and over in many different ways searching to create a new outcome.

When this occurs dear heart you replay and relive the same story in many ways trying so hard to create a different ending to the story that you cannot accept as your experience.

We ask you, dear heart, have you not yet learned after so many experiences revolving around the same story again and again that the ending cannot be changed? This ending is the experience that you have been asked to master and learn. It is your Divine Plan. You are not being asked to change the story, dear one, you are being asked to accept this experience and the outcome that was created from it. Accept the ending of this story and learn what you are choosing not to learn. For in truth this is what you have come to learn in your mastery.

We ask you to consider this, beloved heart, and to ask yourself why you are choosing to continue to relive this old story in order to change the ending that you did not like. How many times have you already relived and replayed this old story, only to discover that the ending is always the same?

We say to you, dear heart, surrender to the Divine Plan. Let go your attachment to creating a different ending and accept with an open heart the experience of the original story and through this acceptance and embrace you may release your resistance to your mastery.

Only in this way, dear heart, may you truly move forward and evolve on your path. For in the letting go and acceptance of what is in this experience may you truly be free to create a new experience for yourself and step more into your mastery as a co-creator in the physical plane of the Earth.

Dear hearts, we watch you over and over again trapped in your stories and choosing to replay them over and over again. No longer present in the now but caught in your attachments to the past or your desires and needs for the future through your judgements and fear. Yet it is only in the present moment that you may know your truth and co-create through the power you hold.

We say to you there are five original stories that live through the human psyche in the physical existence. Your beautiful ego minds have created billions of different versions of these five original stories because of your resistance to letting go your free will and surrendering to the wisdom of the Divine Plan.

The five stories, beloved heart, include the first arrival of the soul consciousness into the physical plane of existence. At this time the soul feels like a newborn babe taken from the safety of the womb and feels great resistance to this. The soul consciousness may no longer feel the support of the living light of the Source heart (womb) that has nurtured it. In the voidal planes of existence, the soul is always held and surrounded by the Source consciousness just like a baby in the womb.

When the soul first comes into the physical consciousness of matter it becomes aware that it is no longer held in the voidal waters of light and like the babe it cries out to return to this loving nurturing support. When it does not the soul feels the loss of this deep connection to the heart of Source and instead of going within to find the seed of Source that has been planted in its heart, the soul searches all around it for that connection, yet often cannot find it.

This story is played out again and again in millions of different experiences in the physical plane beloved heart and is at the core of all stories of separation and disconnection that is held by humanity’s heart.

This first story then births the second story that creates the belief that you have been rejected from Source (cast out) and are not good enough to be held in the voidal waters of Source light connection and cannot call it to you through the vast planes of light. The soul cannot accept the Divine Plan and refuses to believe that it is meant to be in the physical experiences on the Earth learning its mastery of co-creation. This is the first step in the soul’s free will in resistance to the Divine Plan.

Through the second original story the soul consciousness has created numerous experiences of pain and suffering in the human psyche beloved heart. These are constantly played out again and again through the many experiences you choose to create in your physical realm. This in turn often creates the belief that you have lost your power and are disempowered on the Earth. In turn this also creates the belief in being the victim and unable to create a reality for yourself that will nourish and voidal waters of light.

The third original story, dear heart, is the search for a replacement for the heart of Source. In this story the soul chooses to search for a new Source to nurture it and support it. The soul consciousness searches for this replacement in other souls, believing that their embrace, support and acceptance (what you may call love) will replace the memory they hold of the heart of Source. This original story has created trillions of experiences of ‘love’ and ‘conflict’ in your group consciousness, and has birthed all your books, songs and movies etc. as you began to sing and write of your experiences around this original story from the early times of your civilisations.

The fourth story was birthed from the third and of course is the story of loss and disappointment. It is here that beliefs of distrust, betrayal, disappointment, expectations unmet, frustration, rejection and loss of faith are birthed when the soul realises that the replacement it has chosen for the heart of Source is not what it is truly seeking. In some way the soul comes to realise that this replacement cannot give it what it truly desires and so it believes it has been misled, or let down and it feels this loss deeply.

The fifth story begins only when the soul understands that all the other experiences have taken it outside of itself and the answer does not lie outside of itself. When the soul realises that the answer is embedded deeply within its own being then it begins its journey to go within and look for the answers that it seeks.

In this story the soul chooses to search for the heart of Source inside itself and proceeds to create many experiences around this story in its search for the seed of Source that is held within it. On this journey the soul is asked to look at all it has created in the physical plane of and around itself. This indeed may create many experiences of self-judgement and disconnection to the power of its light, as much as it creates experiences of reconnection to the light within the soul.

In this way the soul comes full circle and begins to understand and accepts the Divine Plan. The soul understands that to know mastery of the physical plane it needs to create this in the physical world of matter. It is asked to become the observer of its creations and the witness so it can master the wisdom of its creations without judgment and resistance. The soul comes to understand that through the Divine Plan and all that it experiences on the Earth in its search for the heart of Source it discovers the power of its light and the truth of what it is. When the soul chooses to surrender to this it comes to know its Mastery and no longer needs to believe it is a story for it no longer needs to confirm who and what it is.

Throughout each of these stories you are also learning about creation and your power to create in each moment the reality in which you live. As you live these original stories in the many experiences and permutations that you choose to create you are being shown the power of the light you hold within you to manifest your reality in each moment. Yet often because of these distortions to your original blueprint as a son and daughter of the God Source, you believe you must create alone and in separation to the heart of Source and the Divine Plan.

And so, dear heart, you continue to create in disconnection, in resistance and without the support that is always there for you until you move into the fifth story and begin to learn to co-create with the heart of Source in your full power of the light you are.

Each of these original five stories, dear heart, are played out in so many ways through the human psyche and cause you to create many experiences in your physical reality. Yet each one will eventually bring you back to the heart of Source within you.

So we ask you dear heart what story are you running and playing as your truth right now? Have you chosen to live through your divine blueprint or is it a distorted story of your divine truth?

Feeling Tired, a Little Lost and Deflated!

My Dear Friends,

I’m not sure about you but these days I’m feeling very tired, a little lost and somewhat deflated and I have no idea why!

Over this past year or so I have dedicated my time to my own spiritual journey of self-discovery, I have connected with my channel, opened my channel pillar, connected with my previous lives, called in my aspects, settled old Karmic ties contracts and belief systems, dealt with many; many things that have held me back from reaching my full potential, and ,once again found and really connected with my own group heart, surrounded myself with and channels the teachings and codes from many Ascended Masters, Angels, Arch Angels, spiritual guides all whilst finding and really connecting with my higher selves and Divine Self…….Fantastic, yes!…..Amazing and uplifting experiences, yes!…..But now what?

Whilst I was going through this process, words came to me so easily, I could place my hands on my keyboard, close my eyes and my fingers would do the talking, words would appear on my laptop screen and I would be amazed at what I read at the end, I found myself connected to many projects, opened my heart fully to everyone and everything that needed my help. However, since I finished this process, I now feel lost, words are hard to find and I really feel tired and lethargic, somewhat at a loss with my humble human life and existence….!

Why?

I think the answer is I’m integrating all that I have experienced, the codes, the languages, the energies and the frequencies I received during the year-long process are now being absorbed, finding their place in my physical form, allowing the information to connect with and to my human experience in this lifetime, and like a library book having codes associated with the process, the teachings and content of the learnings tagged on the cover for storage in my mind and ease of use when the need arises in the future!….

I really need to take this time for this process to happen fully, even though I’m desperately wanting to move forward to my next challenge, I want to re-connect to my higher selves, my divine self and all these wonderful masters and guides that have been with me for this past year, to once again sit amongst their presence, to feel their energies, to absorb their knowledge and to put this knowledge and learning to good use here in this lifetime…But as I was told by Saint Germain, “Dear One, all will come to you in the fullness of time, there is no time, time is but a word used bu Hu-manity, so do not place your learnings on what you call ‘time’, you are a healer, you always have been a healer and this lifetime is now once again connecting so you can continue your learning and connect with the knowledge that your collective group heart is here to make manifest and bestow on this earth and for the benefit of humanity. Dear One, clear your mind of all its

………But as I was told by Saint Germain,……. “Dear One, all will come to you in the fullness of time, there is no time, time is but a word used by Humanity, so do not place your learnings on what you call ‘time’, you are a healer, you have always been a healer, and through this lifetime you are now blessed once again with the openness to re- connect with the knowledge and healing libraries within the many dimensions of all space and time; so that you can continue your learning and connect with the knowledge that your collective group heart is here to make manifest and bestow upon this earth, and for the benefit of humanity. Dear One clear your mind of all its obstacles, be at peace with yourself, open your heart to receive the light, the codes, the learning and the messages that are waiting for you, allow for this knowledge to enter into your light stream and ground this knowledge deep into Mother Earth, make it manifest and share it with all that come forth to you”.

So my dear friends, here I am, feeling tired, a little lost and a little deflated but I know all will come good, I am still on my journey and I’m willing to be of service to mankind as is meant to be!

Lost in the spinning vortex of my mind

Thoughts rushing around like clothes in a washing machine

Thought after thought, never ending

Where do I begin, what do I do

Time stands still as my thoughts take control

I’m going nowhere fast

It’s like I’m standing at the crossroads of my life

Stuck, no idea which way to go

How do I break free, know which road to choose

Is it left, is it right or is it straight ahead

My life is in tatters as my mind keeps telling me

You’r useless, no use to anyone

I’m tired, I’m lonely, I’m sad with my life

Is my mind right or can I break free

Free from these chains holding on to me

Show me the light to please set me free

From a flicker to a flame

The light breaks the darkness of my life

The shadows begin to disappear

And new life blooms in front of my eyes

New life, new beauty, new focus

Beyond the shadows and darkness is life

Life for you, a new day is dawning

Breaking free now and rushing forth

On to tomorrow, setting myself free

Living in the now as it’s meant to be

Understanding self, whom I’m meant to be

A joy, at last now I know who I am

A being of light, a son, a brother, a husband, a friend

Be Conscious of Your Creations

The body is your vehicle on this Earth. It is a wise person that keeps this vehicle pure and clean. For if the vehicle is not working then it is very difficult for you to create your life. The body is not you, dear one, it is simply your mode of transportation in this experience but what a wondrous machine it is and imaginatively designed.

Its basis was created in the Universe. All beings on Earth are created in a similar way, in a similar design. While mankind continues to try and emulate this design it is still unable to do so for it does not refer to the basis of all life.

The first division of all life and the ability to create is the key. Life continues to duplicate itself and replicate itself ongoing in the physical just like the energy of the Universe. It never stops. It is always in continual motion, world without end.

Though the matter itself may change, dear one, the energy continues to move, evolve and grow. It never remains the same from one moment to the next. Change is the currency of the Universe. But this change is not as you see it. It is simply the movement of energy. Energy is not static it has to continue to move, evolve and grow. Just like the energy of the Universe.
We ask you to try to understand this as you work with energy that it is constantly evolving from one nano second to the next. It is constantly moving. The same can be said of your cells in the physical body, they too are constantly growing and evolving in some form. They do not remain static. You call this age but is it really an ending for you? In truth, dear one, it is simply a shedding of one “skin” or body for something else.

Consider the tree in the forest. It too changes and evolves as it grows. Yes, it too grows “old” but only to grow and evolve of itself. Every moment in your time, every moment in the Universe is about evolvement and change. The energy never stops moving and nothing is static. Even though it may seem so to you, dear one, this is not the case.

While you believe your life is static, we say to you that it is not. Your cells are changing and evolving in every moment, as are you. Even if you stand still on the one spot for years you will still change, evolve and grow. Yes, dear one, you grow even when you believe you do not.

Even when you hold all the pain and heartache you have created in your life and stand in the one spot too frightened to move forward, things are still changing within you. Every single second you are evolving. It is impossible for you to not do so.

It is only your illusion that you have created that will tell you that you are indeed stuck in one place. For you have made yourself stuck. But this is never the case, dear one. It is only your perception of what is, but in truth it is not what is, we say. Your life is continually evolving in every moment; yet your perception of it may not have changed.

So we say to you now to change your perception. Whatever is occurring for you right now is what you have wanted to create. Yes, dear one, it is what you have wanted to create. No one being or thing is pulling strings above you like a puppet and creating your reality for you, dear one, for you are not puppet. You are all that you are in this very moment. And will be all that you are in the next moment.

We say to you, dear one, to choose to love that which you are. Accept that which you are in any given moment. Then choose to create what you want. If you create what you want and then decide you do not like this or that it is not right for you then simply choose to change it. Yes, it is that easy.

It is simply a matter of how you see things in your life, dear one. If you see that you are stuck and cannot move and nothing is changing or evolving and you are imperfect. Then this is exactly what will be your reality. You will create this for yourself because that is all you see.

But if you choose to explore further outside of the perception you are sitting in at any moment, and you choose to extend your mind and yourself a bit further and look at your life from another angle, then dear heart you will perceive another possibility, another reality will present itself to you and you will no longer be sitting in the old moment but will step into the new.

If you struggle to shift your reality then we say to you to seek assistance to do this, dear one. Choose to open your heart and receive what you need. Choose to ask for assistance from us – the Masters of Light, the angels, your God self or another lightworker to assist you to see your life from a different perspective. Choose to open to receive when you have become so stuck in the one perception, for in this way if you open your heart to receive a new perception and possibility then you will no longer be trapped in the old illusion. Yet we say to you dear one your mind and heart must be willing to receive the new. Are you ready? Are you open? Or are you creating a stubbornness within thyself and holding onto the old, simply because it is what you know and you fear the new?

We say to you dear one, there are millions of ways to see your reality and the reality that sits around you. There are billions of perceptions and potentials. Have you considered that the perception that you have chosen for yourself of what is, may not be the perception that is true for your being? We ask you to consider this.

Choose to open yourself to a new way of being and perceiving. Choose to open yourself to the understanding that you are an incredibly successful creator, you are all-powerful and you are able to in any given moment create whatever reality you wish to create in the here and now. For we say to you that you do this all the time.

So we ask you now to choose to explore how your energy moves and the perceptions of your energy that you have created as your truth in this moment. We ask that you sit quietly, dear one, somewhere where you will not be disturbed by outside influences or people. It would be preferable for this to be outside in nature if possible but it is not essential.

Sit now and breathe through the nose and out the mouth. Become aware of this breath. Feel the breath itself move through the nose and out the mouth. Become aware of how you breathe. You do this every day without thinking about it, dear one. Yet if you did not do this you would not be alive in the physical, now would you? In each moment you breathe life into your body unconsciously. So let us assume you breathe every day in every nano second like this.

And in truth you create your reality in every moment without consciousness in the same way and call this your truth. We ask you dear one to become aware of how you do this. Become aware of the breath and how it flows through you. Become aware of the breath that flows through the nose and the mouth and then through your lungs. Become aware of your breath flowing through the lungs.

Then as you sit and contemplate the breath, choose to follow the breath even further as it flows into your blood stream and moves through your body. It is the life giver, this breath in each moment of your existence on the earth. This thing you do in every moment but are never consciously aware of how you do it. You simply do it without thinking, dear one, yet without it you would not live on the Earth.

Feel the breath now moving through the blood giving life to the blood. Feel it now as it changes everything it touches in your body. Feel the breath flowing through all your cells and through the body. Feel how it changes everything it touches. Feel the energy shift within you as this life giving breath feeds your body.

We ask you dear one to understand this is simply another way of perceiving how you live and breathe in every moment. It is asking you to be conscious of how your body is changing and evolving in every moment. This is what is, dear one.

Yet your perception of your body has been different. This is not to say your perception was wrong. It was just different. You simply had to change the way you looked at it to change your perception. You can do this in your life too, we say, to change your reality and what you are choosing to create.

Sometimes you need to go within rather than without to see differently in your life. Often the answers are within you, dear one, rather than looking for them outside of yourself. When you have a problem or issue in your life, we say to you to connect to your breath like this. Then think about the problem or issue in your life. Raise it into your full awareness and become conscious of the energy you are creating as your reality.

For example, dear one, perhaps you are really angry or fearful of someone or something and are unable to let this go. Go to your breath and follow your breath. Then raise this anger or fear in your mind’s eye and then through the breath trace this anger or fear in your physical body. Follow with the breath to where this anger or fear sits in your body. Then connect with this feeling, this energy and through your breath go into this energy.

Ask this energy what it fears so much. Ask it if it is willing to release now what it is holding and go to God. It may not be willing to do so right in that moment, dear one, so you may need to talk to this energy and encourage it to move so it may let go and release. Ask it why it is so frightened and unwilling to release.

Choose to open your heart and mind and allow yourself to interact with this energy and to understand with compassion its fears. It may be connected to a past experience or even a person or thing. You may need to dissolve the energetic ties or cords, which you have created, that hold this energy within you. You may need to be shown the whole story to understand the depth of this energy.

Yet dear one we ask you to simply allow this to unfold within yourself. You may need to forgive people or events or even the God energy itself. Allow all this to unfold within you and connect to your breath. Send as much love and compassion to this energy within you as you can. Ask for assistance from us, the Masters of the Light or from the Angels and your own spiritual guides and teachers.

There may be contracts that you have created around this energy that will need to be broken. Follow your own guidance with this until you feel the energy is ready to release. Ask it then if it is ready to release and give itself to God now. Is it ready to return to God, to Source? If this is the case simply ask it to move on to God.

Then ask dear heart for the Akashic lightstream of God to open and assist this consciousness of your creation to enter this lightstream. Breathe deeply. You will feel this release as it occurs within you. You will feel the light flow through you and the energy lift from you, we say.

It will be like a quickening of energy within you and a lightness of your being. Simply allow this to occur, dear one. Then choose to fill your heart with love. Call for the heart of God to fill you now and send this energy out into your energy field all around you as far as you can reach. Then sit in this energy for a few minutes until you feel ready to stand up. We wish you love and peace, our beloved.

Come out of Separation and Pain

A channeled message from Lord Kuthumi . Ineasa Mabu Ishtar.

When you go into re-action dear hearts you close your heart and sit in separation consciousness. Emotions and thoughts arise that create separation in your being and you are re-active, acting out on these emotions and thoughts.

When this occurs dear hearts then all that you create is filled with the energy of separation and you begin to build a story that is not necessary. You build a story dear ones around your painful emotions and feelings and tell yourself this is your truth. You then may project this truth and these emotions and thoughts at another person, group or event that you believe triggered you into reaction in the first place.

As you sit more in separation you then call for others to come and support you in this story and feelings, and seek confirmation and support for the distorted truth you have created and thereby dear ones create yet more separation. And indeed so it continues.

When this unfolds in your experience dear hearts it creates so much limitation for you and the truth becomes greatly distorted because you are focusing on the story that was created from the feelings, emotions and thoughts that are sitting in separation. If you choose not to look at this but simply become this story then indeed you will become trapped in the story and live it as your truth. Then you will continue to live in separation in your life with a closed heart. The portal of your light consciousness will be closed. You will create an illusion around this story that will serve your ego self to hold onto it and to remain caught in this consciousness. Yet it will not serve you to reach the potential that you truly seek.

We say unto you dear hearts open your hearts – open your consciousness to the bigger picture, the wider vision and let go the ego self. Choose not to be guided by the small you, the ego you, yet choose instead to be guided by the higher you. Open your heart to your higher wisdom and allow yourself to connect with your higher light so you may become the greater you and no longer the little you that sits in pain and separation.

Open your consciousness beloved hearts. Choose to be brave and be consciousness. Be mindful of what you are choosing to create in each moment. Look not outside yourself to cast blame and aspersions onto others, but look deeply inside of yourself and ask yourself why you are feeling this pain and separation. What do you hold within you that feels such consciousness of separation.

Let go the emotions and the thought forms of the ego for they will not serve you, dear ones. Open your heart to the divine truth. Choose to acknowledge what it is that is causing this pain in you that has created you to be in re-action and to behave in a re-active manner. You will know this part of you well dear one, yet perhaps there are parts of you that do not wish to accept this in yourself so you continue to give it away to others.

Be compassionate with yourself and seek not another to do this for you, for they cannot. Open your consciousness and choose to look at the source of your pain and separation that sits inside of you. Acknowledge this consciousness inside of you and honor it, dear ones. It may be the first time that it has felt honoured by you instead of judged or ignored by you.

Honor this consciousness that is causing you pain and separation and hold it in your heart of love. Open you heart to it and accept that is exists in you and let go your judgement and separation with this part of yourself. Know that it is yours, dear heart, and cannot be given away to someone else. Nor can it be cut and sent away even though you may try in your separation consciousness. You may even choose to bury it again and hide it away so it cannot be seen by you or by others, yet we say to you it will arise again and again to cause you pain and separation because it exists.

Give thanks to the mirror that triggered you and caused you to look at this consciousness and accept the gift they have shared with you. Perhaps they are a mirror for you in your life regularly and perhaps they have only come into your life for a fleeting moment, yet give thanks to this mirror for what they have come to show you of yourself.

This part of you that is in pain and separation has something very important to teach you, dear one, and it calls to you to assist it to step back into the light of your being once more ; instead of sitting in the shadows. It asks you to illuminate it, to shine the light upon it and to honor it as part of you.

As you do this dear hearts choose to accept that it is yours and that it has come to share its wisdom with you so that you may step from separation and emotional re-action in your life to a place of peace and stillness within your being. It will teach you to remain in your pillar of light and not to step out of your pillar into the energy of others or the energy of your shadow selves and believe this is your truth.

Open your consciousness (heart portal) to all the parts of you dear one that exists within you and honor each and every part. Accept that this energy exists in you for a reason and that it has much to teach you. Are you wiling to learn?

Then dear hearts embrace this part of you that holds separation. Embrace them with your light and hold them in your heart of love so they know they are held by you and that you are ready to learn the wisdom they have come to share with you from their experiences in the physical form.

Each and every part of you, dear one, is an integral part of the whole of you and each one is important. The parts of you that lift you up into the light and expand your heart into Oneness and the parts of you that cause emotions and pain and close down your heart to yourself and others. All have something to gift to you dear one. Honor each one and know that the gift lies inside of you. All that you need to come into self-mastery in your life sits inside of you. Blessed are you.

Divine Love-The Clay Of The Universe

Today we wish to talk of love and its implications. Nothing makes us happier than to love. It is the divine order of all things. Love in its infinite glory and wisdom is the ‘be’ and the ‘all’. It is in all things at all times, no matter how they appear.

Everything is made up of this energy of love. Even if you cannot see it. Even death and pain is made of love. Even murderers and rapists are made of love. What you judge as black and dark is also made of love.

It is the divine energy in all things that flows. Sometimes it is like a chocolate peanut, coated with darker energy on the outside but in the kernel is the divine spark. Look for it in all things and you will see it.

Even in events, cycles and experiences; you will discover love at its core. The reason you may not see it is because you are looking through your glasses of personal perception and judgement. When things are not going well for you in your life you judge the experience as being bad or without flow or love but we say to you to look at the core of this experience or cycle in your life and you will find divine love as its driving energy. For it would not exist without divine love at its core for this is the energy of all existence.

Every living thing and every experience or event is created through divine love for it is the only energy that converts to matter on Earth. What you do with this energy is of your own creation, it is your choice. You have free will.

It is like the plasticine or clay. At first, it is just a lump without form that you hold in your hand then it is up to you to create whatever it is you desire from this lump of energetic matter. What do you choose to create? A beautiful sculpture of a flower or perhaps an angry gargoyle. The choice, of course, is yours again.

But no matter what you create or what the result is, it will still always be made from the original plasticine or clay, which can always be remoulded and reshaped again and again.

This is the energy of divine love; it also can be remoulded or reshaped again and again, continually forever. You do not have to stop creating after the first try. Continue to work the clay, continue to remould it and reshape it until you eventually find what makes you happy. Remembering as you do so that at the core of what you are creating is the original clay or divine love.

There need not be a beginning and an end to it for it continues on forever. Divine love does not end, it does not die, it is energy that flows forever. It is infinite and so are your choices of what you create and what you are.

Because everything is made with divine love it also is infinite and flows on forever, even you. You are a divine energetic being made from divine love and you flow on forever. What you call death is just another experience for you as an energetic being. It is not an end in itself, it is simply a change, a movement, a lifting again of the flow if you will. It is the energy of divine love moving back to its source pool for a while before it is then recreated and remoulded into a new experience on Earth or perhaps elsewhere in the Universe.

Everything is made from this divine love energy and it is constantly being recreated in this dimension in various forms.

Divine love does not “die” because it has no beginning and no end. It is continuous and flows on forever in the spiral of life as you know it. It is the flow that you wish to discover. Connect to the flow of divine love energy and you will understand the universe more.

This third-dimensional realm is very deceiving and it is hard sometimes for you to remember the energy of divine love and how it flows through all things. We understand this and we say to you to connect to this energy in all things and all beings and you will understand more of what you seek. You will understand that all is infinite, even yourselves, and all flows forever in the timelessness of the universe in divine love from the heart of Source. We thank you now.

Every Single Soul Blossoms in It’s Own Time and In It’s Own Way

My Dear Friends,

I managed to get a VPN connection on my phone this morning so I thought I would take this wonderful opportunity to create a short post while I’m blessed with this connection and freedom 😄

Every Single Soul blossoms in it’s own time and in it’s own way! ….Wow, how true is that statement?

All through life we push and challenge ourselves…. Push to learn more, push to achieve more, push to earn more, push to have more….Then, for some, we realise for what! Why have we been pushing ourselves all through life? …We realise that our Soul is calling us back, back to its roots, we realise that all this ‘Stuff’ in our lives that we have worked so hard for is in fact just ‘Stuff’, and the real value to our lives is often still not found, so we set off on a journey of self discovery, ‘Who am I’? ‘Why am I here’? ‘What is my life’s purpose ‘? And for many, this leads to a spiritual awakening that often leads to much more. For me, this happened many years ago, brought on by a series of traumas in my life, death, infidelity, accidents, serious injuries, near death experiences, depression or what I thought was depression,but in fact was a deep spiritual awakening, then amazing connections to spiritual masters, Guru’s, different belief systems, ancient cultures and to meditation, channeling for the Ascended Masters and the realisation that this was the doing of my Soul, my Divine Self, calling me home, once more calling me into the light of all that I am 😄🙏🏻

But, during this journey of my own self discovery, I too have pushed myself, allowed my Ego Mind and Free Will to conjure up stories and allowed them to question my journey, to push me once again to challenge my inner self , to challenge my beliefs, to challenge the speed in which I move forward , always there to question and place doubts on my abilities and to try and put a stop to my awakening to all that I am!

My dear friends, I have no timeframe attached to my journey of self discovery, I have given myself in service to ‘Source’ to my Divine Higher Self and my life is full of joy, happiness is with me everyday and I give thanks for all that I am and all I have in my life, and I know that ‘Every Single Souls blossoms in it’s own time and in it’s own way, so, my dear friends, if you feel stuck, if you feel afraid , if you feel your journey of self discovery has hit a roadblock then never fear, all will be right for you when the Divine Timing is right for you🙏🏻

Welcome, our beloved to this day. It is a fortuitous time. Many right now are filled with sadness and grief, and many are filled with an emptiness and loneliness.

They seek to be filled again and do not where to turn. There is little to nourish them and they have been taught to turn outwards to fulfil their emptiness. When we say to them to turn inwards they do not know where that is and when they do try they find it empty – they cannot see the beauty within them. For even in the turning inwards they are trapped in the illusion of physical matter, which they have created for themselves.

It is very difficult for them to let this go and to release it in order to find the freedom to fly without being held in this illusion.

We ask that you live in the moment, not in the illusion of time. We ask you to accept your true nature, the beings of light that you are. It is time to remember who you are and to awake from your long self-induced sleep.

It is time for you now to be that which you have always been and to fly free of the shackles you have placed around yourselves.

We ask you our beloved ones to accept now that which is in the moment and to be that which is. Live the being that you are on the Earth and not the being you have created to fit the mould or the place in which you abide. Choose to remove the layers of eons of time and simply be that which you are.

Yes, dear ones, we understand there is fear and resistance to that which is, but there is no longer the need to hide all that you are. Your greatness is your weapon of existence. Your love and your light are what will create the new time of light that is fast approaching. Wake up now our children and move with this as it expands. Unleash your fear, look it in the eye and tell it you no longer need to fear that which is not. Only love that which is now.

Your Earth is moving at a greater velocity even in these past months she has grown and changed. It has brought much change to all, has it not? Even in your self-induced sleep, you have felt it, have you not?

You have felt the energy rise and move and uncoil as she begins her momentous metamorphosis. As she moves and turns it is right for those beings that live within her energy to also move within themselves, like butterflies beginning the last stage of change before emerging from their cocoons.

Listen to your hearts dear ones, and move with the rhythm of your heart and know this is your truth. Do not be dissuaded from this path by those who cling to their fears, for these too will dissipate and move in time to the rhythm of change that is over the Earth right now.

Yes, dear ones there are those who do not wish this change and they are doing much to arrest it and stop it but it is a force that cannot be arrested. It will move onwards no matter what these ones do and eventually they too will be encapsulated by this change, this movement into greatness.

When the golden light of the Christ consciousness (God self) threads its way through your very veins and energy fields you will feel the tingling it creates. Understand its subtle energies and what it says to you. Call upon it to assist you in every waking moment. It is the time of the golden light; the golden age is what it is. This energy is all powerful and all enveloping. It is soft and subtle and filled with a richness that you will find will fill every little crevasse and hollow of your being. Slowly it will come and slowly it will move through you, so as not to overawe you in its beauty. But come it will. Choose not to turn your face from it, or avert your eyes and cry that nothing is happening for you in this world. Simply open your heart to the love that is and feel its wonder. This love is not the love of which you speak about from your ego minds, this is not the love of matter. Understand the difference, for sometimes what you seek is no that which is. This love of the Christ consciousness will fill your energy bodies and your soul with warmth and compassion, it is fulfilling not overwhelming.

It is not of the passion or of the drama that you so like to call your love on this plane. It is the unconditional love of the Christ consciousness, which will be for you like no other energy you have ever felt. Yet somewhere in your being, you will recognise this love and you will feel drawn to it. It will make you feel you are safe, it will make you feel whole again, like a returning home of sorts.

It will make you feel like you are filled and you are connected to all that is even though you physically stand here alone and single. It will make you feel like the denseness you are and you will understand the greater being that you are within this denseness.

You will understand your connection to all things. Slowly and bit by bit you will begin to feel this connection to all that is. In the breeze, in the sound of the birds, in the swaying of the trees, in the movement of the wind as it whistles past your ears. In instances, you will stop and listen or look with open eyes understanding of all that is.

You will feel the outer edges of your being pulled into this energy and into this movement, into this symphony of consciousness and your being will tingle with a knowing that you cannot describe and that the mind itself cannot comprehend.

It will simply be a fleeting feeling at first but one that you will turn to over and over again in understanding.

You will wonder why such a short moment in time has become such a big moment in your mind. Something you keep turning to, for as much as that fleeting second that you experienced it in the first place. And then you will understand that it is All that Is.

It is in the now in the moment, in that brief fleeting second when all is as it is and you will begin then to move into that space more frequently in your mind.

This space of consciousness is when the mind is allowed to stop and your true nature takes over from the mind. Choose to allow it to flow for you and try not to let the mind take over again very quickly for that is what it will try to do as it becomes concerned when it is not in control.

Allow the mind to take a short mini holiday from the helm and simply allow your true nature to drive the ship for a change. Allow this to occur in this time and feel the wonder of this experience. Return to it whenever you feel called and this feeling will grow.

The Christ energy will grow within you. Your God nature will emerge like the butterfly from its cocoon and you will walk on the Earth with new sight and intensity. Try it our beloveds…we guarantee you will like it.

My Dear Friends,

I visited the Jade Buddha Temple in Shanghai again yesterday morning, this is my local Buddhist Temple and one in which I visit regularly, say my prayers, give my offerings to the Buddha, to my family, ascended family, guides and masters.

On yesterdays visit after I had done my prostration prayers I stood and did a standing meditation in front of the Buddha and I asked him if he would honour me with his grace and channel through me and last night as I slept I received a visit by the Lord Buddha, here are some of his words from that channel.

Dear one, this is the Buddha that has stepped forth to you today, you came to me and asked for a connection to you and here I am. I will share with you today some of my thinking and offer you my support as you continue along your journey of self-discovery. I too set out on a journey of self discovery, I meditated as you do in the hope of finding myself and understanding impermanence, the cause of suffering and what brings happiness and peace to our hearts. During my journey I was joined by many others, this was not my intention; as my journey was my own journey, however these others were also following their own journey of self discovery so they joined me and formed a Sangha where we sat in circle as you do and meditated and contemplated upon our own journeys. It is; Dear One my thought that by creating a circle the collective consciousness and energy of that circle helps raise the frequencies of all within the collective, and enables each one to attain understanding earlier. We must however remember that no journey of self-discovery is alike and we will ascend at different times; as and when we are ready. There is no time limit Dear One and it may not happen within your physical lifetime, but it will happen through Samsara. Remember Dear One that nothing is permanent, everything in life is in a constant flow moving forward; never back, and it is important for you to understand this, because all that you see is not real, only a fabrication and story of what your ego mind tells you about that experience. Life as you see it is based upon how you act or react to each situation that is presented to you, if you choose to judge or act in anger, with hatred or fear then you will create a Karmic reaction that will stay with you and your reincarnations for ever more, so please Dear One choose to act with non-judgement, react or respond with love and compassion and always be open to receive love and compassion as you travel your pathway. I see Dear One that like so many others you seek answers, seek knowledge and seek happiness and love but also remember Dear One that ‘Life is in the being, not in the knowing’, so do not waste your life searching for what is already inside you Dear One, allow yourself to open fully to the light, give up your ego mind and submit to your Divine Will and offer yourself in service to source and you will find your peace and live your happiness.

Today is the time to talk of love that which you talk about all the time. But what is love? Is it some kind of dream you have before waking up to find it is all an illusion? For many of you this may be true. But know this dear hearts – love simply is.

Love is in everything you do and see, everything you touch, everything around you. Love is an energy of consciousness and not an emotion or feeling. Now let us be clear on this. We are not talking about love in terms of romantic love. We are talking about the energy of consciousness called love and this is a very different thing to your third-dimensional love.

God’s consciousness is love, therefore it is in everything as God is in everything. But sometimes you can’t see it because you are seeking something else. God’s love is not about redemption, dear hearts. There is no redeeming here. God does not need to redeem anything from its love consciousness. This energy simply is as it is. God’s love is not conditional. It does not rely on an unspoken contract or agreement with you or another party to exist. There is no win win here.

Many of you understand love as being a conditional thing. For you it is an emotion that can only exist if your desires and needs are met. I will love you if… you love me back, you give me diamonds, you support and nurture me, and on it goes. Such an endless list of wants and desires.

This is not love. This is an agreement based on an emotional response. Yet this is the love you exchange with each other every day. With all your “loved” ones – mothers, fathers, children, lovers, husbands and partners, friends and acquaintances.

The consciousness of love itself does not need to be created by you for it already exists in everything that is, dear hearts. In every cell of your being there is love. In every part of the Earth in nature there is love. When you look around with your heart open and your eyes clear from the veils of illusion you will see the consciousness of love in everything,

Love is not the emotional experience of highs and lows. Divine Love leaves its wondrous energy around you and offers peace and calm, an acceptance of all that is. Love lives in the moment, it is not something that has to be recalled from the past or sent into the future. It just is.

Divine love, dear ones, asks nothing for or of itself. It does not require agreements or exchange to exist, It just is. It is always with you, yet sometimes you are unable to see it because you are so caught in the web of your emotions and beliefs about what love is. These emotions will distract you from many things and from seeing that which is right in front of you. It really is not so difficult. It is simple, dear hearts, so we ask you to avoid making it so complicated. It is easy to connect with the divine consciousness of love, avoid making it so hard for yourself. Allow it to flow in your heart and mind.

When so many of you call for love, saying I want some love in my life, some happiness, you are not calling for God’s divine love you are calling for someone else to fulfil you and walk with you on your path. You are asking that someone else give you the ‘love’ and nurturing you feel you are unable to give yourself.

You desire someone else to make you feel better about who you are, to recognize you, to confirm you in some way and to give you the self-esteem you seem unable to give yourself. You are asking of another to create a contract or agreement of exchange with you. You are saying… “I want someone to come along who will love me…. I want someone who will come along and make me feel good about myself. If they do that I will shower them with my emotional and physical love. But if I stop feeling good about myself at any time I will withdraw my love immediately.”

Love is not a contract, beloved hearts. Love simply is. This love you speak of in your physical realm does not fulfil you, which is why so many of your bondings and relationships end up in sadness and tears. This is because your contracts have not been fulfilled. Whenever you have made silent agreements with others you will always find disappointment because no other can fulfil your needs about yourself.

Only you can create your life, dear ones. In the same way you cannot do someone else’s path or journey then accept that another is unable to do your path or journey. The responsibility for your path and your experience here on Earth lies with all that you choose to create for yourself.

We are not saying to avoid relationships with other beings on the Earth, dear hearts, this is not so. We are saying that when you have opened your heart and mind to receive God’s love within yourself you will see it and recognize it in everything and everyone else.

When you choose to open to this, then your relationships will be supported by this energy of love – unconditional love. All will be in every moment in peace and harmony with everything else. The emotions will not need to be fed and feelings such as fear, judgement and anger will have no cause to arise.

There will be no agreements in your relationships with other beings because you will love unconditionally all beings. You will also not feel you are separate or alone, dear ones, because you will feel as one with all beings and all things. You will see that you are never alone. You are always uplifted and supported by other beings. You will understand you are a beloved child of the universe.

Now, we say to you dear ones, to see and understand God’s love appears to be an impossible task for many in the physical realities you are choosing to create on the Earth. But in truth this is what you seek in every moment. You seek this fulfilment because deep within you know it exists because you have felt it so many times before when you have chosen to open your heart and mind to receive from the heart of Source.

The path to God’s love is not so difficult, dear ones. In fact, it can be an adventure. Think of it as fun and a game. To see God’s love in every waking moment is simply a matter of making a choice each and every day – choose to see God’s love all around you. Release all emotions as they surface within you and let go all beliefs of separation. As you feel your emotions and thought forms them bubbling up announce them out loud to yourself and honor them. Become conscious and aware and then choose to release them to God. In this way, dear hearts, your emotions and thought forms will not cloud you from seeing what your divine truth.

Choose to live your life in harmony and create balance in your four bodies – mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. Live not in the one over the others. Understand that you do not have to seek God’s love nor do you have to try and create it, for it is always with you. You only need to lift the veils of your mind and heart and you will see it and feel it. When choose to walk consciously in God’s divine heart then you will find all that you seek. Washing Away Years Of Pain

My Dear Friends,

Once again I’m sorry for the lack of posts lately; but I have been spending so much time channeling, connecting with my higher self and generally working on the things that have been holding me back in my life. Most of the time has been spent understanding who I really am, and then; understanding what I really want for the rest of this physical life! Where is this life taking me? What am I looking for? and How do I want to proceed?

Simple right?

No!

Going into deep meditation, connecting with my higher self and connecting with my soul has not been easy, it took lots of practice; many thousands of hours in meditation, calming and controlling the ego mind, asking it to step aside and to go with the flow. Then step by step connecting with my own ‘Group Heart’, all the beings that have made up my life/s through all space, time and dimensions, all my previous incarnation lives, their souls and their aspects. This is a fantastic process and sometimes you think you have it all in place, life is good, the spiritual pathway is opening up fully for you then…. ‘BAM’… another aspect or Karmic problem smacks you right in the face!!! and everything comes to a screeching halt!

This is part of the journey my friends, dealing with what you think are all your problems, the stories of old that hold you back, the Karmic problems that you have created through actions/reactions in the past, judgement of others; etc. These are just the tip of the iceberg to say the least, because there may be possibly thousands of issues coming to face you on your journey, E.g, you may be in a meditation, meditating on say ‘Love’ and all is looking good, then all of a sudden you experience a pain, maybe it’s in the heart or in the neck, the leg, the shoulder; or anywhere else in your body, but when you finish the meditation the pain goes away so you think nothing of it, then perhaps on another occasion you are once again meditating on love and the pain comes back again; but once again after the meditation has finished the pain mysteriously goes away!….What does this mean? Are you sick?…..No, it’s more likely that the pain is brought on by one of your ‘Aspects’, this could be from a previous life or could be from another part of your being from another dimension (way too much info to think about in this post 🙂 ) This Aspect may have had a problem with love, maybe their heart was broken, maybe they were even killed or severely injured because of love, in the pursuit of love, who knows! So in order to move on with your life you have to go into meditation and try to connect with the part of you that is in seperation with you regarding love, because, unless you resolve this seperation with this Aspect and bring them into your group heart consciousness; the problem will never go away, and you will always have issues when it comes to love. Now, this is not just about love, the same thing goes for health, life, feelings, friendships, family, work, situations, the way you act, react to situations etc…This list is endless so like ducks in a line you need to deal with the Aspects as and when they come up for you,

Now, this is not just about love, the same thing goes for health, life, feelings, friendships, family, work, confrontational situations, the way you act or react to situations, challenges in your life; etc…The list is endless, so; like ducks in a line you need to deal with the Aspects as and when they come up for you, it’s no good brushing them under the carpet in the hope that they will go away because guess what? They won’t go away!

Once you clear all these issues with old Karma and Aspects then life is good and once again you move forward on your journey but always remember that there may be setbacks ahead of you, so when they come up, don’t judge them, don’t brush them under the carpet, go into meditation, find out what is causing you this pain, making you act or react in this way as it may well be an Aspect or a Karmic bond that you need to deal with before you can set sail again 🙂
