I came across this wonderful video story of a young mans life of torment, he suffered bullying at his middle school after the death of his father, his life was in turmoil and he was in so much pain from endless bouts of mental and physical cruelty.
But one day Josh did something different, he opened a door and became the ‘Doorman’……Please watch this short video story of Josh’s life and I doubt you will be able to keep tears from your eyes.

How do our children learn to hate, become racist, judgemental or prejudiced?
We all come into this world innocent, we don’t harbour any belief systems, we don’t hold any hate in our hearts, we see every other human being as the same as us, we make friends easily irrespective of social, religious or ethnic differences and we love each other unconditionally…..
…….So what goes wrong, how do we learn these behavioural and emotional traits?
As parents, grandparents and siblings, it is our duty to help our children to grow, to learn and to evolve, to help them achieve the best life they can and live their lives in peace with love and compassion in their hearts, this is our duty…..
Is it yours?……….
Be a part of your child’s life, show them the right ways in life, allow them to meet with and integrate with other children from other religious backgrounds, countries and cultures, take them out and show them the wonders of mother nature, let them feel the warm sun on their skin, the rain on their face and the grass beneath their feet, teach them to respect nature and all it glory, teach them to love animals as equals and to foster if you can.
Our planet is under great threat, humanity, and our natural resources are under great threat, these threats including global warming, famine, severe water shortages and wars between countries, religions and ethnic races are just a part of these threats, animals are becoming extinct, wiped out from the face of this earth due to greed and we,…and our children can turn it around….
We can make a difference,
We can bring back love, compassion and a true sense of brotherhood for mankind…… for the benefit of us all!

My Dear Friends,
I watched this video and read many Chinese articles about this brave and very articulate little boy Chen Xiao Tian and his final wishes to save his mothers life by gifting her his kidney after he passed away. Such wisdom, such bravery and unconditional love from this tiny little boy.
There are angels amongst us, watching over us and helping us do the right thing when our time is called.
Blessings to Chen Xiao Tian, may his soul rest in peace and may he fly freely with the angels who watch over humanity.

Why Oh Why is it so easy to manufacture guns of death and sell them all around the world , when it is so difficult for these same governments to buy books and give them to our children?
Why Oh Why is it that making tanks, missiles, drones, land mines and war planes so easy but building a school is so difficult?
Great questions from Malala Yousafzai, such a young girl who has gone through so much torture and pain in her life.
It’s about time ‘WE’ collectively stood up and asked these questions of our so called politicians and governments, those very politicians and governments that we have voted for and elected into these positions of power, and push them for answers, real answers, not spin or delayed responses or sidetracked answers regarding jobs and the economy……or under the disguise of National Security…..
We need change in our world, we need collective change, change that can and will bring about peace in our lifetime, change that makes it safe for our children and the same change for children of mothers and fathers just like us in other countries all around the world ! …Don’t forget, we maybe from different countries, we may have different languages, cultures, colour of skin and religions but, …WE ARE ALL HUMAN BEINGS, we all want the same.
So for once, lets get together and push for PEACE and Education for ALL.

My Dear Friends,
I was talking with a dear friend yesterday, who is lost, and what I mean by lost is; she is lost on her way in life, she is troubled and holds anger in her heart right now, uncertainty as to her relationship with her husband, her child and her future, this uncertainty and loss of direction has stopped her in her tracks, she is now standing at the crossroads of life with a blank look in her eyes and a furrowed brow and she is finding it difficult to choose which fork in the road to take on her journey of life!
When we sat down and talked, I could see the pain in her eyes and feel that the energy in her body was at its lowest ebb, she spoke of ‘her life, her sorrow and her despair’ and her real uncertainty of where her life was taking her!
Negativity was in each word and each sentence, everything she spoke about and every thing in her life right now had a negative tone or emotion attached, her unhappiness was being controlled by her ego and the negativity was building a wall right around her, holding her captive and playing with her mind, her life and her future.
Deep down inside, in her subconscious mind, her ego mind, maybe in previous lives or old karma attached to her was a deeper problem, a problem that was holding her back, a problem or a past experience, / series of experiences that were now coming to the forefront of her mind and stopping her in her tracks. These past emotions were so strong that she was totally lost, contemplating her life, her relationship and her very future with her husband and her baby!
I listened and questioned and allowed her to speak out the words of unhappiness, her anger and feeling of loneliness, her fear of the future, her fear and hatred for all that is in her life right now, I asked her to think back and think of when these feelings commenced and how she felt when the feelings started, what brought on this change in her life. Questions were answered with negative responses and emotions were negative at every point, the fact that the love between her and her husband had started at the birth of their child, the gap widened, the distance between them as a loving couple became greater every day, the sleepless nights took their tool on both of them, the relationship changed as they now both felt trapped and no longer did they have a life together as a couple, she followed her tradition, she followed her parents, she listened to her friends, socialised only with her friends, she started to lead a separate life away from her husband and her baby was just a part of married life and what was expected of her. She worked late most nights, maybe as an excuse to be away from home as much as possible, she socialised with group friends as and when required but she passed off her baby as often as possible, socialising as was expected of her and playing mummy as was expected of her, but deep down inside was her screaming child, her inner-self, trying to break free of all that was controlling her, holding her down and keeping her captive…Her life, in her minds eye had been taken away, she was no longer that young girl, care free, with no worries or cares in the world, a fun and loving partner and wife and friend to many…In her eyes she no longer had a life, so she needed to break free, break free of these chains that held her down, the marriage that was holding her captive, the child that had taken her young life away, to walk away from her promising career, to walk away from it all, with no plan, no cares… she was ‘LOST’
We discussed love and happiness and she said she has no love, she needs love and she wants happiness in her life, and she needed to break free, to go out into the world and start anew, to look for love, for happiness and a new life….I told her, love and happiness is ‘within’ and unless you can love your self you cannot attract love from outside, happiness also starts from within. Positivity leads to positivity and it attracts positivity, her life right now is full of negativity, she expels negativity and anger and hatred in her words, her actions and her aura, and we need to work on changing this so she sends out positivity, love and happiness, we need to build up that confidence, her child like previous self, one of which was loved by many, the happy smile she once had needs to come back to her face, the furrowed brow replaced with a radiance of love and light. We can do this together, we can make this change, we will make this change, love will shine once again in your heart, you will be happy, you will have a smile, you will reclaim your life, your relationship with your husband will repair and you will love your baby together as a family once more….you will…. you will 🙂
This my dear friends is the start of my friends new journey of life, she has chosen to take the road of family life once again, I will help and guide her along the way and she is supported by the light of God, the ascended masters, healers, and angelic beings at each and every step along the way, all she needs to do is accept that she is love , love is within her, happiness is within her and the support of her husband and child is ‘Always’ with her.

Very powerful words from Audrey Hepburn, and the picture of her carrying and helping a starving child makes us realise how important these simple words are.
“You have two hands, one for helping yourself and the other for helping others”
I now realise that this doesn’t just apply to people in underdeveloped countries, to the homeless, to victims of war, poverty and strife, this also applies to people in our own countries, in our own neighbourhoods that are suffering right now, suffering from injustice, from race hatred, from exploitation (being paid less than the minimum wage), from lack of funds to educate their children, from lack of funds to heal their sick child or gain medical support for their own health in order to keep them working so they can pay their own way in life.
We do have two hands, we have two eyes and we have two ears but so often we fail to reach out and offer a hand in support of our brothers and sisters, we close our eyes to the injustice that we see each and everyday, we close our ears when we hear people crying out for help, or when we hear someone abused by others and we close our mouths when its time for us to speak out in favor of these brothers and sisters around the world that ARE being exploited, badly treated and victimised by the corporates, the governments, the media and the blindfolded biggots of our world who want to keep us in our place, downtrodden for their own gain, to fuel their fires and to grow their wealth, and when we break down they toss us aside and get someone else to take our place who is as desperate as us to earn a living..and so the cycle of mistreatment continues.
Honestly, I’m appalled at what I see in the media, on the news. Of course social media allowing flashes of reality to get to us through Twitter etc, sharing with us the realities of what is really going on all around us, giving us real time information on the police brutalities in our own countries, showing us peaceful demonstrations of employees who cannot afford to get welfare because of their low income whilst their companies are constantly in the fortune top 100 and their executives and shareholders earn millions of dollars. Where whole communities are being driven out of cities which were built on the sweat and blood of their families because they can no longer afford to rent a house in these cities where in some cases many generations have lived. My own daughter is caught up in the same situation, she studied for her degree in London, for 4 years she paid her way through University, she worked hard in two jobs whilst studying and each year she had to move further and further out of London, further away from her University due to the rapidly rising cost of renting property to the point of living in terrible housing conditions without heat in the far flung extremities of London, all the time whilst the rich buy the properties and rent and sell to the rich… so London in this case has very few Londoners now because they cannot afford to live there….
My Dear Friends, we have some serious problems in our world which need addressing, we should stop pointing the blame elsewhere, we should stop listening to the biased media that control our minds on behalf of the corporates and corrupt government officials, we should look at what’s going wrong in our neighbourhood, we should stand up for each other, we should hold out a hand to support our brothers and sisters, we should listen to their cries for help and we should come together with one voice and speak out for what we should all be entitled to and that is simple…
So, my dear friends, when you look at the picture above, please remember your brothers and sisters, your own community, your own countrymen that are also suffering from these atrocities…

Computers, mobile phones, social media, computer games, on-line studying…. Technology brings us everything these days, which is great because without technology the internet and social media I would not be writing this blog post right now, and without these wonders of our modern world, you my friends in many different countries around the world would not be able to communicate with me with seconds of me pressing the publish button!
So I do have a great admiration for technology and what great benefits it brings to our lives, however I also feel that our children and grandchildren are somewhat missing out on what mother nature and our environment can bring to us, the beauty, the colours, the smells and the sheer enjoyment of spending time outdoors away from technology once i a while should be enjoyed by every child and without your help as a parent or grandparent, our children are likely to stay inside, fixed to a computer screen, chatting with their friends by IM and maybe even reading about or watching videos containing nature.
Give them the opportunity to experience nature and they will, I’m sure, have a wonderful time.
Allow your children and grandchildren to become aware of our environment and how they themselves can help save our planet and its endangered species so they in-turn can pass on this love to their children and grandchildren.

Most people would look at this picture and disagree because they cannot see any value in what the picture contains, but I see unconditional love and respect. And I thoroughly agree with the statement ‘The less you have the more you value it’.
We live in a material world when goods/products out value lives, when the throw away left overs from your meal cost more than these people on the streets have to survive on all month; and even more depending in which country they are from!
Human kindness takes a different turn when you have little, you see the goodness in the small things, you notice the sun shining, the warmness or the rain, the flowers blooming, the scent of freshly mown grass, and the genuine kindness and smiles of hope given to you by a passer by, in this image the man treasures his dog, his companion on his life journey and he will protect it and care for it unconditionally.
I look around me and see so many things, things i take for granted, things that make my life easier, computers, cell phones, printers, pens, paper, books, clothes, food, drinks, everything I could possibly want….but…., do they bring me happiness? No!…Happiness comes from within, I don’t need these things to make me happy and more of these things will not raise my levels of happiness, only I can do that. I often look and watch children playing, children with nothing, some of the poorest children around me, these children play on the streets with the simplest of toys that they pull together from scraps, pieces of string, the wheel of a cart, a box for them to sit in, but their smiles say it all, they live in the now, the swiftly fashioned toy takes them to somewhere else, and they live the dream. They don’t need more expensive toys to bring them happiness, because happiness is within!
I wish we could all see these children play, to watch their joy, their simple lives not yet effected by the media, the sales promotions that create ‘Want and Desire’, If only we could learn that ‘Happiness comes from Within’

Now, I know I am not His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Jesus Christ, Allah, The Buddha, Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, Tich Nhat Hanh, Dr. Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Theresa, Amma, Oprah, Deepak Chopra, Biame, or any other global leader, I am just a simple man, someone who cares, someone who wants to make a difference, someone who sheds tears at the state of our world and someone who believes that we can make a difference and who believes in the faith of coming together as one in the name of our children.
So let’s take a look at the following statement.
“An individual has not started living until he/she can rise above the narrow confines of his/her individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.”
Wow! Now that’s a statement!
But what does it mean to you and I, to us so called normal people on the streets of earth!
Well, I think this statement is a sort of wake up call to us all, we need it shouting from the rooftops, into our ears in every language known to mankind, in every country, every state, every city, every town and every village…. We really need this wake up call, a call to action, a call to make us wake up and smell the roses, a call to enlighten us all to the state of our world.
I could go on for ever and a day telling you about poverty, about disease, about starvation, about genocide, about wars, about natural disasters, about corporate and political greed and control; but will it make a difference to you? Maybe to some of you who read my blog and some of you who have a spiritual bias and a care for what’s right and wrong with our world, but to the majority of people in our world, to the majority of our brothers and sisters in every country, they will not even take a moment to read this blog because it is not on their radar, they have no interest in what is going on in other countries, they have no care if a child dies today from starvation or dysentery, they have no care that young teenage girls and boys are being trafficked from one country to another into prostitution and slave labor, they have no care that our planet is being devastated by fracking to satisfy insatiable corporate greed, they have no care that our forests; the lungs of our planet are being wiped out to feed the need of companies worldwide, they have no care that our oceans and rivers are being polluted beyond all recovery….
But would they pay attention if our voices were louder, if we were more actively promoting each other, passing on our words of wisdom, passing on our voices of concern and bringing them a connection, I mean a real connection of what is happening in our world directly to them, show them how one thing connects to another and how each of us is connected through our lifestyles, our purchasing habits, through our food and through our drinks!
We MUST speak out, we must awaken more people all around the world and raise them up from the narrow confines of their own individualistic concerns and make them aware of the realities and suffering that our brothers and sisters, our planet and all the creatures on it are going through in order to provide the food on their table, the clothes on their back, the furniture they sit on, the fuel that heats their home and all the commodities that go into the production of the everyday goods they use and take for granted! Let’s together awaken the people of our planet , help them to see beyond their own front door, to take real notice, to make changes to their lifestyles, changes for the better, that will bring lasting effects and start healing our world for our children and grandchildren’s sake !
Today, Friday 28th February could be the start of that process, If I send out this blog and one of you sends out to two and those two send to 4 and those 4 send to 8 and those 8 send to 16 and those 16 send to 32 and those 32 send to 64, etc we could soon awaken our world!

Gratitude.
Did you know?
Actually, when I take a look at my life I have everything, in fact far too much of everything. I have food in my fridge, clothes on my back, a roof over my head and a place to sleep. I too have money in the bank, money in my wallet and change in my pocket. I certainly woke up this morning with more health than illness. I have never experienced the dangers of battle, the agony of imprisonment or the horrible pangs of starvation, and I was certainly blessed with a great education and opportunities all throughout my life to learn and grow through the loving care of my parents, the love of my family around me and through my life’s (wonderful) experiences.
But what about the rest of humanity, our brothers and sisters around the world who are far less fortunate than ourselves? Will they have any food and water today? Will they find shelter, put a roof over their head and any form of bed to sleep in tonight? What will they have to endure today to get some coins for some scraps of food? Or will they have to forage in our waste to gain a mouthful of anything to keep then going through the day and the long night ahead of them? Will they be safe tonight and if they survive will they be safe tomorrow? Will they be moved on, thrown out into the cold, will they dodge more bullets again today, shelter in blown up buildings and maybe watch friends, family and loved ones loose their limbs and or they lives?
When we look at what we have around us each and every day, when we really look at our lives, take a moment to observe our day, what we do, what we eat, what we throw away, what we dismiss, who we curse, what we complain about and then look at our beautiful children, see them smile, see them play, see them read, watch them eat and fall asleep in our arms with not a element of fear in their eyes as we leave them tucked up in their beds at night…When we really take a minute to observe what we have in our lives, then and only then can we be Thankful and Grateful for our lives…and maybe then and only then will we try to make a difference in this world, hold out our hands to someone in need, where ever they are and in any way we can!
Make today a special day, make it a day of Gratitude, give thanks for all the great things and people we have in our lives and do something good for someone less fortunate.
