Loving and Living Your Life?, or Do You Have Unresolved Karma Tying You Down?

Karma is a Bitch!…

Not My Words but they are words used all around the world, words spoken of things that have happened in your current lifetime or in previous lifetimes that are connected to your life and which hold you back from living a life of happiness and abundance.

Karma is a frequency a vibration sent out from you through your actions, reactions, emotions or ego, these vibrations  and frequencies are mostly negative, they often come from anger, resentment, hatred, anxiety, depression, jealousy, doubt, mistrust, feelings of betrayal, lost love etc. But we may be moving on with our life never even realising that Karma is at play in our life, often doing things the same old way, acting or reacting in the same old ways, making decisions in our life based on following our old feelings and habits the way it has ‘always been’, but not ever realising that these decisions, or thoughts of doubt, feelings of sadness, jealously, not being worthy, ‘I will never have money’, ‘I will always be poor’, ‘I will never find love’, ‘Its no point me going because I will only be disappointed’, ‘ I have no talent’, ‘I am not worthy’ etc are based and controlled by Karma, and this Karma may have been put into place due to a bad experience a previous life has gone through and they at that time put out a message a Karmic message, a frequency/vibration that bounces around the universe and keeps a control of your life and the decisions and actions we take, and until you realise this Karma is in play with our life and until you get to the root of the original problem, the cause of this Karmic reaction then you will never resolve it, you will never break the chains that shackle you to this or other bad and destructive Karma’s that control your life.

I too am going through huge awakenings in my present lifetime and I am now connecting with my previous lives, connecting with unresolved Karma that was placed by my previous lives; that are still in play now and effecting my present life.

Releasing the unresolved Karma on our Earth is the most important action for the heart of humanity at this time. We are collectively being asked to resolve all of humanities miscreations through all incarnations so that the Earth may become free of this unresolved energy and ascend. In each moment of your day, you are creating and manifesting your own Karma, either in alignment with the Divine Will or solely through your personalities free will. The Karma created is either resolved Karma, energy filled with unity consciousness or it is unresolved energy filled with separation and duality.

Karma is sparked and is birthed into the Universe by you, it is not an emotion, feeling or a thought, it is a vibration of consciousness that you create from that experience, event or encounter in your life, Usually Karma is then held through your attachment to the beliefs or programs you have decided to adopt from your life’s experience. Karma is therefore the consciousness of energy that is encoded to your very DNA and perfectly aligned to the intent you held, consciously or unconsciously, at the time you manifested this energy. You must realise or remember that you are responsible for all that happens in your lifetime, you are responsible for all the energy you choose to create or filter, distort, change, transmute or transform within the energetic field you exist in in your physical body.

How you choose to manifest your will in the physical form is always accepted and honoured in the Universal Mind because it understands that like children you are learning about mastering the power you hold to co-create in the physical form.

Every manifestation you choose to create in your physical form holds an energetic force of consciousness that is encoded with your intention through your free will. These encodements are aligned with your DNA and when you send this energy out into the field around you it is first manifest in the etheric and then the physical. All manifestations of creation travel through the seven lower bodies of your being and are anchored on the Earth. Whilst you may judge these manifestations as good or bad Karma, in fact they are neither, it is simply your learning. All that you choose to manifest in the physical form through your free will is effected by the Karma-resolved or un-resolved-that you already hold within your energy body from all your incarnations. Whatever Karma you hold affects your reality in each moment of your life.

The Karma may or may not serve your highest potential, if it is resolved and balanced aligned to God then it assists you to reach your full potential, but if it is un-resolved and filled with negative intent and out of balance with God then it causes separation, sadness and non achievement of your goals and full potential.

So in short, in order to manifest abundance in your life and the achievement of your full potential then you need to find out what Karmic forces are at play with your life, what Karmic bond, contacts and agreements have been put into place by you in this lifetime and by your previous lives that are still in play now!…Delve deep into your inner self through meditations, connect with your previous selves, seek for answers that lead to to the cause that brought about the Karmic effect that is now manifested into your live and creating your reality, one you find these clues then you can seek further help and guidance from the Masters to break these old Karmic bonds , contracts and agreements thus releasing you from the chains that hold your current life back.

If you need help with understanding Karma, resolving unresolved Karma, connecting with previous lives and bringing about a change in your life please let me know, because I am here to help you and I can recommend you to other light beings and professionals that can help bring about the necessary changes you may need to make in your life.

Inner Peace…Achievable?

Published 20/03/2015 by inspiringyourspirit

Achieving ‘Inner Peace’…What!, with all I have going on in my life, what with work, the kids, extra hours trying to learn new things, taking the kids to gym, dance, swimming lessons, looking after the dog, cat and goldfish, ego talking constantly to me to do better, work faster, loose weight etc…Chance would be a fine thing!……Does this or some of it resonate with you?

Well, if it does; then you can achieve ‘Inner Peace’ but you have to make the effort to achieve it, it wont just happen overnight. You need to set yourself up to learn, you need to dedicate time each and every day to meditate, if only for a few minutes…’No excuses, don’t put it off until tomorrow, because as you well know, ‘Tomorrow, never comes‘!

When I first started meditation, i found it hard, i always felt as though I was doing something wrong, everyone i knew or met that meditated looked so calm, they all said how they could go into a deep, calm and reflective space where they connected with themselves, this may be in a garden, or by the ocean, on a mountain top, in a fantasy playground, floating on a cloud etc but for me all I could get was thoughts springing into my mind, thoughts about work, my vacation, children, what i needed to do later that day, i could hear the children, the phone, car horns blaring… but no inner peace. I could not feel the calmness that all my friends were experiencing…So I thought, ‘maybe there is something wrong with me’, or do they really experience that or are they just saying that to make me feel inadequate, perhaps they are also experiencing what I am but don’t really want to tell me!  🙂 Well, I stuck at it, at first for 5 minutes a day, then i tried 5 minutes twice per day, then after a few days i realised i was becoming more calm so i extended to 10 minutes, then twice per day and on and on it went, now I can easily achieve 1 or more hours and these sessions flash by like they were only minutes, i go into a deep quiet place but I am always aware, i can hear all that is going on around me, i feel the touch of the dogs wagging tail, the sounds are still there but now i can control them, i label my thoughts as ‘Thoughts’ and sounds as ‘sounds’ and i welcome connections from my heart, my soul and anyone else that wants to connect with me….I have over time started to achieve inner peace, it is a place of joy, of smiles, of reflection, a place where i can connect to my self, where i can spend quality time with myself, where i can feel my body, be aware of my health and all that ails me and concentrate for once on ‘Me’

Meditation is available to everyone, young or old, rich or poor and it costs you nothing, only time….and in my humble opinion…’Time well spent’ 🙂

Have a wonderful weekend my friends

Wisdom of time gone by from Lao Tzu that Still Echoes Today. The Circle of Life

Published 25/09/2014 by inspiringyourspirit

Be-content-quote-16-9

Lao Tzu was a philosopher and poet of ancient China. He is best known as the reputed author of the Tao Te Ching and the founder of philosophical Taoism, but he is also revered as a deity in religious Taoism and traditional Chinese religions. Although a legendary figure, he is usually dated to around the 6th century BC and reckoned a contemporary of Confucius, but some historians contend that he actually lived during the Warring States period of the 5th or 4th century BC. A central figure in Chinese culture, Lao Tzu is claimed by both the emperors of the Tang dynasty and modern common folk of the Li family as a founder of their lineage. Throughout history, Lao Tzu’s work has been embraced by various anti-authoritarian movements.

Lao Tsu taught that all straining, all striving are not only vain but counterproductive. One should endeavor to do nothing (wu-wei). But what does this mean? It means not to literally do nothing, but to discern and follow the natural forces — to follow and shape the flow of events and not to pit oneself against the natural order of things. First and foremost to be spontaneous in ones actions.

In this sense the Taoist doctrine of wu-wei can be understood as a way of mastering circumstances by understanding their nature or principal, and then shaping ones actions in accordance with these. This understanding has also infused the approach to movement as it is developed in Tai Chi Chuan.

img03

Understanding this, Taoist philosophy followed a very interesting circle. On the one hand the Taoists, rejected the Confucian attempts to regulate life and society and counseled instead to turn away from it to a solitary contemplation of nature. On the other hand they believed that by doing so one could ultimately harness the powers of the universe. By ‘doing nothing’ one could ‘accomplish everything.’

Lao Tzu writes:

The Tao abides in non-action,
Yet nothing is left undone.
If kings and lords observed this,
The ten thousand things would develop naturally.
If they still desired to act,
They would return to the simplicity of formless substance.
Without form there is no desire.
Without desire there is tranquillity.
In this way all things would be at peace.
In this way Taoist philosophy reached out to council rulers and advise them of how to govern their domains. Thus Taoism, in a peculiar and roundabout way, became a political philosophy. The formulation follows these lines:
The Taoist sage has no ambitions, therefore he can never fail. He who never fails always succeeds. And he who always succeeds is all- powerful.
From a solitary contemplation of nature, far removed from the affairs of men, can emerge a philosophy that has, both in a critical as well a constructive sense — a direct and practical political message. Lao Tzu writes:

Why are people starving?
Because the rulers eat up the money in taxes.
Therefore the people are starving.
Why are the people rebellious?
Because the rulers interfere too much.
Therefore they are rebellious.

Why do people think so little of death?
Because the rulers demand too much of life.
Therefore the people take life lightly.

Having to live on, one knows better than to value life too much.

Remaining Positive and Overcoming Your Troubles

Wise words indeed from H.H the 14th Dalai Lama. If we could take these words into our hearts and realize that there are always many people in our world who are worse off than we, and come to the realization that there are many people out there in our families, communities, countries and other regions of the world who really need our help and that we certainly do have the the power and abilities to overcome our own struggles in life, then we could and will be able to change our own circumstances for the better and also at the same time enable us to help others overcome theirs.

A Simple Question?

I pose a very simple question to all readers of this blog and to all your followers too.

If all religions team peace, then why can’t all religions achieve peace?

Is it not time for us to put our differences aside and come together just as our religions say deep within their ancient texts, and live as one in PEACE!

Food for thought my friends

Angels Wings

Silently I sit, my eyes closed and my mind at rest
Counting my breaths, deeper and deeper I go
Back to myself and into myself
Awareness on my body, in my body
As I count my breaths

The air enters my nose and raises my chest, filling my lungs as it goes
Life’s great gift of oxygen fueling my body, one breath at a time
Noises are muted like the press on a remote
Sensations are acute and I’m in touch with my soul

My childhood flashing through my mind like a video on fast-forward
Smiles of joy, happiness, pain, distress and anxiety abound
I walk deeper and deeper along the pathway to my soul searching for my inner self
Where am I, what am I

So many doors alongside my pathway, which one shall I choose
This one feels right! I reach out towards the door handle
Slowly opening the door, the light is bright, cascading out towards me
Beautiful light, white and gold, brighter and brighter as I enter the room

Inside the room, my heart beating faster, where am I now, what will I find?
The hairs on my arms are raised to attention, anticipation of what I will find
My skin warmed by the light, my body feels calm, and my breathing is slower
I see something moving in the mist of the light, moving towards me, gracefully as if drifting on a cloud

From out of the light, a beautiful smile greets me, his hands take mine
Soft hands and comforting, I know I’m home, I’m safe, and I’m loved
In the arms of my angel, my guide, my protector in life
His wings surround me, covering my body, comforting me with God’s grace and love

All is well now, nothing to fear, no stress, no pressure, just love
We sit, my eyes closed and I submit to his goodness
His messages of wisdom come to me; his direction and guidance flow freely
More gifts of love, compassion and happiness received, my mind filled with unconditional love

We part with a smile and I’m on my way
Back to my life and another day
My Angel is with me,’Always’ watching my steps
Keeping me safe and loving me unconditionally

Smooth out your differences and

Dull your cleverness and

Quietness

Quietness.

Rare perfection seems incomplete,
Yet does not decay

Rare abundance seems empty,
Yet does not fail

A rare truth seems contradictory;
Rare cleverness seems stupid;

Rare eloquence seems awkward.

As spring overcomes the cold,
And autumn overcomes the heat,
So do calm and quiet
overcome the world.

Fo Xing 佛性: Buddha Nature

Published 29/05/2014 by inspiringyourspirit

Fo Xing: Buddha Nature

Fo Xing 佛性, Buddha-nature (Classical Chinese: 佛性, modern pinyin fó xìng) literally corresponds to the Sanskrit Buddha-dhātu – “Buddha Element”, “Buddha-Principle” the Chinese term translated as Buddha Nature refers to the potential within a sentient being to awaken into enlightenment and become a Buddha. This potential exists within everyone, it is not a question of if you will ever attain Buddhahood; it is a question of when.

Despite its Buddhist origin, this term can be freely used by Tao cultivators, because it’s meaning is universal. For instance, if a spiritually advanced Christian priest becomes truly enlightened, then the title ‘Buddha’ fits him even if he does not know anything about Buddhism. Words are but labels, we must always remember to look beyond the label for the meaning it represents.

You may not think of yourself as a candidate for Buddhahood, but the Buddha Nature is in you, too. It lives in your heart regardless of your background, your education, intelligence, compassion or any other attributes, and one day it will manifest its full expression as you awaken to greater reality.

The presence of the Buddha Nature in everyone is the reason why Tao cultivators would never discriminate against anyone based upon ethnicity, background or any other superficial distinctions. As the sixth patriarch Hui Neng one said ‘People may be differentiated into northerners or southerners, but there is no differentiation in the Buddha Nature’. It is one and the same for all of humanity. It is the Tao in all of us.

Spiritual Burn Out

Published 18/04/2014 by inspiringyourspirit

Have you ever experienced ‘Spiritual Burn Out’ a time or times when you feel exhausted by doing good for others, or a time / times when you have taken all the burdens of others onto your shoulders and not managed to shake them off?

I know I have!

Everyday, I spend my time in the pursuit of doing good, trying to make a difference to our world one step at a time, its either thinking of what to post on my blog today, what articles or subjects will be useful and helpful for my readers, what words should I use to help people gain control over a personal challenge, what words to use to help console someone who’s life is hurting, what words to use for someone who’s grieving for the loose of a friend or loved one, what words to use for someone who has been the subject of physical or mental abuse, what words to use to inspire someone, what words to use to help someone who is in the depths of depression, what good can I do today, what can I do in the way of a workshop for people in my community on mindfulness or meditation. How can I help local students cope with the stresses of working so hard on their studies (In China this can be 14-16 hours a day 7 days a week), how can I use my skills and gifts from god to help others less fortunate than myself, what can I do to help educate about the need to preserve nature for the next generation…..
……
…..’How can I, What can I…..

Each day, I go through this routine and some days I just cannot think, my mind is too full, so what can I do?

I meditate

I reach inside my soul and connect with my heart, I drop all ties to all emotions, I recognise my ego and let it and its powerful thoughts pass me bye and I relax my body and allow my heart to connect with my inner soul, its from this place I gain my strength, its here that the clarity comes through, its here that provides me with the fuel to carry on my work, its here that I am in touch with my higher self, spirit, god and my guides.

While I’m here I always give thanks, thanks for all I have in my life, thanks for my opportunity to do good, to help others less fortunate than I , thanks for now, thanks for what is to come and I ask for support and help along my continued journey to wherever this life will take me.

The amazing thing is, when I take this meditative time out, the fog lifts and I gain a clear vision of where I need to go, what I need to do and the law of attraction provides for me in repayment for my gratitude.

Today is Good Friday the crucifixion of Jesus Christ who gave his life for humanity out of LOVE.

In order to give our LOVE to others we need to give something up, to sacrifice something, even if that something is our time.

Enjoy this Moment, This Moment is Your Life!

Published 16/03/2014 by inspiringyourspirit

enjoy the moment

Enjoy this moment, this moment is your life!

Stop and enjoy!

Most of us go about our daily lives in the search of something, it could be searching for success, money, love, friends, or maybe even just searching for things, material things that we think will make us happy, out shopping, time at the mall buying for the sake of buying, keeping the shop owners happy but not ourselves! The purchase gives us the relief; the happiness for a split second in time but once the purchase has been made the thing in the fancy bag is just another thing, another possession to join the many others in our house, closed away in a closet or drawer, maybe not even to see the light of day again; but why?

Why don’t we just stop for a second and take a look around us, look now…Go on,…take a second out of your day and connect with your life…. First of all close your eyes and just breathe, can you feel the air enter your nose, how does it feel? Can you feel the air enter your throat, enter your lungs? How does it feel, is the air warm or cold? Feel the air expand your lungs, can you feel your chest rising, hold the breath at the end of the inhale for a second or two, how and what do you feel? Slowly exhale through your mouth, can you feel the air rushing from your lungs up through your throat and out of your mouth, past your lips, does the air feel warm or cold, is it wet or dry?

What can you smell? Allow your senses to work, keep your eyes closed and smell, can you smell your home, the fragrant air, maybe the smell of a child or pet, how about the smell of cooking or flowers in a vase, take your time and enjoy the sweet smells of your day.

What can you hear? keep your eyes closed and turn your focus inward to your ears, what can you hear, is it raining?, Can you hear raindrops on the windows, dripping from a gutter or maybe a drip from a leaky tap (Faucet), are you using aircon, can you hear the motor, the blades spinning, can you hear birds singing in your garden, children playing, is the radio or TV on what do you hear?

Can you feel and sense your body? Turn your focus inward to your body, can you feel your skin, what does it feel like, is it warm or cool, can you feel the blood circulating into your fingers and toes, do you feel the tingle in the tips of your fingers? Can you feel your heart pumping your life blood around your body,…. focus, focus, focus, feel it?

Now slowly open your eyes and look, really look, what do you see? Take note of the fine detail, the colour of your child’s eyes, the mixture of colours, the colour of their hair, the subtle differences of the shadows on their skin, your pet, what are they doing? Do you have flowers in your room, what are their colours, are they blooming or still in bud, do they need water? Take a look outside, what colour is the sky?, is it daytime or night time, can you see the sun or the moon or are there stars in the sky?

Our world, our life…take a second everyday to appreciate what’s around us, what we already have in our lives and be grateful because there are so many brothers and sisters out there in our world that have far less than we have!

When Words are Both True and Kind, They Can Change The World

Wise words from The Buddha

I intend for My Words to be both True and Kind, I always look to be compassionate and true in all my daily interactions, I know sometimes we can get frustrated and kindness can briefly flitter away from our mind and our intentions especially when someone is cruel or unkind to us, but if you practice kindness and give love and kindness in return to all then you will start to see the benefits and you will attract more loving kindness into your life.

Mr Dear Friends,

We are formed and moulded by our thoughts.
Those whose minds are shaped by selfless thoughts give joy when they speak or act.
Joy follows them like a shadow that never leaves them.

Be careful with your thoughts because they will be formed into what you become and what you receive in your lifetime, act with kindness and compassion, give out live and happiness in everything you do.

And most of all enjoy your life with a smile 🙂

If I could and sit and chat for one hour with anyone; living or dead, who would I choose?

Published 18/02/2014 by inspiringyourspirit

bench

I have thought long and hard about this question because there are so many people both living and dead that inspire me from Plato and Socrates to Jesus, The Buddha and Lord Shiva to Ghandi, Martin Luther King, Mother Theresa, Winston Churchill, Confucius, Lao Tzu, Enzo Ferrari, Oprah, Amma, Dalai Lama, Thich Nhat Hanh, Paulo Coelho, Pema Chödrön….etc, the list could go on and on…then I came up with my choice

My Father

If I could bring him down from heaven and sit on that bench and chat with him again for one full hour, wow! That would be amazing 🙂 My list of questions would be endless, all the things I wish I had asked him but never did, how is the life now, what is he doing, what is he experiencing, advice for me on my journey etc

And You?

Who would you choose and why?

today i went inside my head

My Dear Friends,

Today I went inside my head
Closed my eyes and took a breath
I can feel the coolness of the air as it enters my nose
And the warmth as it exits my mouth

Slow and deep breaths I take
In and hold
Out and hold
Paying attention to the now

How do I feel, what do I feel
Oh there’s a thought
Say hi and thank you
But your not needed now, so please go away

The pure new energy is entering my lungs
Fueling my heart
Into my bloodstream
Passing through my body like cars on a highway

Into my arms, my hands and my fingers
Rushing through my body
To every organ, to every cell
Nourishing me as it makes its way

But how do I feel..
At peace for now
Deeper and deeper I go
Into my mind

To a place where I’m safe
My tranquil place
My garden of truth
My home

No one can touch me here
It’s for me and for me alone
My dreams are here
I’m loved here

I can stay or I can return
It’s my choice
It’s my life
My meditation
