Todays post is a short video that was brought to my attention during a mindfulness program I’m doing at the moment, this video was very interesting to me and it brought tears to my eyes when I watched it because we are all guilty of this, we see ourselves very differently from how others see us, always trying to change ourselves to the perfection that we have in our minds eye.

You are beautiful, so why don’t you take a moment and connect with your real self, maybe ask some friends to describe you in a few short sentences, your skin, your face, your hair, your smile, your voice, your body, your personality…Take it from me, the results will bring a smile to your face 🙂
