I came across this wonderful video story of a young mans life of torment, he suffered bullying at his middle school after the death of his father, his life was in turmoil and he was in so much pain from endless bouts of mental and physical cruelty.

Todays post is a short video that was brought to my attention during a mindfulness program I’m doing at the moment, this video was very interesting to me and it brought tears to my eyes when I watched it because we are all guilty of this, we see ourselves very differently from how others see us, always trying to change ourselves to the perfection that we have in our minds eye.
You are beautiful, so why don’t you take a moment and connect with your real self, maybe ask some friends to describe you in a few short sentences, your skin, your face, your hair, your smile, your voice, your body, your personality…Take it from me, the results will bring a smile to your face š

Shanghai, the city where I live. Sometimes it’s so difficult to explain to friends in different countries what it’s like to live in Shanghai, China. It’s a beautiful city a city which never stops, it’s shops and restaurants are open 24 x 7, people go about their business as the sun rises and sets. It’s a city of change, its a city of vibrance, its a city of diversity. Note the speed of destruction and construction, the fireworks on Chinese New Year and the lightening strikes on the towers within the city, also the children in the school doing their early morning exercises in the playground, Shanghai a city that never sleeps š
