I felt the need to share this heart felt video with you from Young At Heart http://youngatheartchorus.com , I watched the documentary about this singing group from Northampton the other evening and I was brought to tears and smiles many times throughout the program. The ages of the group range from 73 to 92 and this song was sung in the memory of two of their choir members who had passed away that week.

This is a really sad video, brought tears to my eyes within seconds but the message is very strong and very clear and this act was from the heart and brought pure joy to all 🙂
