I love this comment from Alan Watts and quotation by a Japanese Zen Master.

I see your indifference
But I want to warm the cold heart
I see,
In fact, I am yet to accept your indifference
I see your pain
But I want to end the pain
I see,
In fact, I did not accompany your pain
I see your selfishness
But I judge your selfishness
I see,
In fact, it was driven by my selfishness
I see your anger
But try to get rid of your anger
I see,
In fact, I did not let you feel angry
I see your anxiety
But I feel worry about your anxiety
I see,
In fact, I start being anxious
I see your weakness
But I do not know which hand shall I use to give you a hug
I see,
In fact, I am feeling weak now as well
I see your beauty
And I appreciate your beauty
I see,
I am getting beautiful now as well
I see your kindness
And I am delighted with your kindness
I see,
Originally I have such kindness as well
I see you are true
And believing in your truth
I see,
Originally I am also being true
I see you are firm
And see the gentle accompanying
I see,
I am firm and gentle now
I see you are strong
And feeling the flexibility of the strength
I see,
I start having such power now
I see your humbleness
And feeling the self-confidence inside
I see,
I start am being humble as well
I see your peacefulness
And feeling the peaceful mercy
I see,
I am walking towards mercies now
I see your open-heart
And hugging your open-heart
I see,
In fact, I am opening my heart as well
I see you giving
Without any condition
I see,
In fact, I am learning how to share myself
I see your purity
Simply just,
Do what you want to do
Love who you want to love
Walk on the road you want to
Cry when you feel pain
Laugh when you feel happy
Rest when you feel tired
Go on when you are fine
I see myself too
If only see it, that’s only seeing
And accepting what we see
But not immediately thinking what shall be changed
Through seeing
I see myself
And I also see
The original purity and completeness of life

The ‘Guest House’ A fantastic way to think about our emotions and feelings. Welcome them into your life, don’t judge them for they may be coming to you for a reason!
Mindfulness and meditation practice allows us the valuable time to connect deeply with our inner self, to spend time with ourself and to listen to what is going on with our mind, body and soul. Lets take a quick look at emotions and feelings through the use of meditation and mindfulness and as Rumi says, ‘welcome them into our guesthouse’.
As we sit or lie and start our meditation, we close our eyes and relax our body, concentrate on our breath, in and out, in and out, we can take our time to bring our awareness to our breath, focussing our attention only on our breath, the feeling of our breath as it raises our stomach, inflates our chest or the coolness of the air entering through our nose, the key is to allow the time for our mind to become calm and concentrating on the breath certainly helps us do this, it may take you some time because you may; at the beginning get caught up with thoughts flashing into your mind, you will hear sounds which break your concentration, feel an itch, cough, hear your children playing, the phone ringing etc, but please take my word for it; with practice it gets easier 🙂 So, back to our breath, in and out, in and out, feel the cool air entering your nose, in and out, in and out, feel the air inflating your chest, be aware of the gap/time in -between the top of your in-breath and before the out=breath starts, then feel the air slowly leaving your lungs, moving up through your throat and up and out of your nose, in and out, in and out. If your mind starts to wander, don’t worry, its normal, just recognise the fact that it happened and bring your focus back to the breath, in and out, in and out.
As thoughts enter your mind place a label on them ‘thought’ or thinking’, you can label them more deeply if it help you like such as ‘ work’, ‘children’, chores’ or whatever helps, but try to regain your composure and bring your awareness back to your breath, in and out, in and out.
Emotions and feelings may arise like ‘Happiness’ or ‘Anxiety’, if they come; then accept them in, concentrate on your breath, in and out, in and out, what is ‘Happiness’ why are you feeling Happy? Concentrate on your breath and get acquainted with the emotion of’ happiness’, where did it come from and what are the feelings behind it, maybe your feeling so happy that you have given yourself some time for yourself, maybe your heart is telling you it loves you. This is your journey of discovery so enjoy the feeling. If ‘Anxiety arrives, then accept it too, why is it there, what made it arrive? Do you feel anxious because your spending valuable time on yourself? does that make you anxious? Are you anxious of not knowing the outcome? Are you anxious of time and wanting the session to end? Get acquainted with the emotion and allow it to come and to go.
Concentrate on your breath, in and out, in and out.
Also from Rumi as posted by Dr Victoria Lee
The purpose of emotion
A certain sufi tore his robe in grief,
and the tearing brought such relief….
his teacher understood the purity
of the action while others
just saw the jagged appearance.
If you want peace and purity
tear away the coverings.
This is the purpose of emoton, to let
a streaming beauty flow through you.
Call it spirit, elixir, or the original
agreement between yourself and God.
Opening into that gives peace, a song of
being empty,
pure silence.
In this poem, dear Rumi guides us once again toward deepening our spiritual experience. Stripping away the covering imposed by the false self is always the path. This means letting go of our attachment to the ideas we have about ourselves, as well as to the ideas others have about us. The most fundamental of these may be our limiting beliefs–I am incapable, the world is too harsh, I am too old, too young, too attached to obligations, too unable to feel anything transcendent, too ____; when we allow all that to dissolve, Rumi famously tells us that we will find glints of treasure in the dirt of the demolition of the house we’ve built out of false ideas about who we are. Then the streaming beauty emotion is meant to allow us can flow through us.
Then we may look in the mirror–and in every human and animal face–and know that:
Inside you are sweet beyond telling. There is a sun in everyone!
May you look in the mirror today, dear visitor, and look deeply into any human face; look into the eyes of a child. See the longing and see the beauty!
Mindfulness and meditation my dear friends can bring you so much awareness and help you come to terms with your emotions, feelings and pain.
Good luck on your personal journey of discovery.

The Devoted Buddhist
最虔诚的信徒
One upon a time in ancient China, there were two thieves, Jia and Yi, who found themselves down on their luck. Both had been starving for days when they came across a Buddhist temple. The smell of cooked food wafted from its general direction and made them even hungrier.
Yi was the first to speak “Let’s go ask for some food.”
Jia replied. “What if they are not willing to share? We may need to resort to force.”
Yi shook his head. “That is not a good idea. These monks come from the Shaolin lineage.
They are quite capable of defending themselves. You and I would have no chance against them.”
Jia thought for a moment and said, “I have an idea. We’ll tell them we are devout Buddhists.”
Yi was doubtful. “But we are not religious at all.”
“You can say that about yourself if you want. I am going to be the most devoted Buddhist they have ever seen. “ Jia said as he knocked on the door.
“Yes?” A monk opened the door.
“May merciful Buddha bless you!” Jia exclaimed. “ I bring you humble greetings from the Shaolin temple, where I am an enthusiastic patron serving the monks, who of course belong to the same honorable lineage as yourself. O Great Master.”
“How about you, sir?” The monk turned to Yi. “Are you also of our faith?”
“Uh…No, I am not very religious.”
“Very well. Please come in, gentlemen. “ The monk pointed to the hallway and said to Yi: “Sir, the kitchen is in that direction. You will find that it is well stocked. Please help yourself to whatever food you want.”
The Monk then took Jia’s hand with a friendly smile: “Sir, you can follow me to the inner chamber. Since you are of our order, you must already know today is a fasting day. We are glad to see you come such a long way to join us in meditation.
“This way please.”
The Tao
道
This is the ultimate Tao story about deception. With a few quick strokes, it sketches the human tendency to deceive, and the consequences that follow.
Lau Tzu addresses the same subject in the Tao Te Ching chapter 65 with the following lines:-
Therefore, using cleverness to govern the state
Is being a thief of the state
Not using cleverness to govern the state
Is being a blessing of the state
We can understand the above when we recall that Lao Tzu habitually uses this king of metaphor for one’s self, and the country as a metaphor for life. Thus, governing the state simply means life management. Cleverness, in this context, refers to the ploys we use to deceive. Just like Jia in the story, we think of ourselves as being quite clever when we conjure up our various tricks.
Lao Tzu’s message is clear: In practicing deception against others, we are actually stealing from ourselves. We may think we have gained a benefit, but it is an illusion that will soon be revealed as a loss. This describes Jia’s fate in the story. He hoped to win and advantage, but ended up depriving himself of a much-needed meal when his trick backfired on him.
At a deeper level, this story addresses not just the immediate effect of deception, but also it’s eventual consequence. Jia’s ploy backfired right away, but real life may not work out this way. Sometimes it takes a while for the true consequence to unfold. We may think, for a short time, that we have gotten away with it, but the sages teach us that there is no escape from Karma. We will have to answer for our actions sooner or later.
I do hope you have enjoyed this Buddhist story and the metaphors used by Lao Tzu to explain the process and the consequence?

I love this short video ‘What the internet is doing to our brains’. We all get caught up in it, our days are full of distractions, information comes at us from every angle from the moment we awake to the moment we go to sleep, TV, Radio, Newspapers, Smart Phones, tablets, Computers and of course the never ending stream of information and disturbances from the internet, emails, text messages, chats etc.
We have no time to take a time out, to calm our minds and to just ‘Sit’ ‘to do nothing’, ‘to reflect’, ‘to look inside’ and ‘enjoy our time with ourself’, ‘connecting with your soul’.
If you meditate, you know how powerful even 2 minutes of meditation can be for you, how these two minutes can calm your mind, take you to a place of total relaxation, away from the daily stresses and leave you fully in the ‘Present Moment’
Enjoy the video and take a moment from your day and be at one with yourself.

Wise words from The Buddha
I intend for My Words to be both True and Kind, I always look to be compassionate and true in all my daily interactions, I know sometimes we can get frustrated and kindness can briefly flitter away from our mind and our intentions especially when someone is cruel or unkind to us, but if you practice kindness and give love and kindness in return to all then you will start to see the benefits and you will attract more loving kindness into your life.

The sun’s broken free from it shroud in the clouds
It’s rays of golden light cascading down on me through my window
The warmth gently caressing my skin and it’s godly goodness energizing my soul
Giving me strength, compassion and hope for yet another day
The pollution is lifting so I can breathe; my lungs filling with air like an air balloon rising
My heart pumping ever stronger with a beat, beat, beat
Fueling my body, every organ, every muscle, every cell invigorated with gods blessings
Waking me up and bringing me to my senses
My eyes are opening like a flower to a Bee, looking, really looking to see what surrounds me,
Buildings rising like a Phoenix from the ashes, mountains of dust filling the air, with a clanging and thumping of metal on metal
Cranes lifting higher and higher, rising up to the heavens making way for ivory towers of ‘Face’ in the sky
Whilst bulldozers are clearing away the memories of China past and history from another day
People passing, chasing their dreams, some walking some running, car after car like ants in a line
Heads down, no eye contact, texting away, talking aloud and shouting ’Wei’
No time for smiles the rush hour is on
Horns blaring, there’s no time to wait, bicycles jostling like horses at the starters gate
Progress bringing wealth and gadgets galore, Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonald’s and a Walmart store
Houses and cars, the wedding, One baby and more
Progress is here to stay, trapping us in for one more day
I sigh, I frown and I’m sad to say; progress is here but its wiped all the smiles away

My Dear Friends,
Today I went inside my head
Closed my eyes and took a breath
I can feel the coolness of the air as it enters my nose
And the warmth as it exits my mouth
Slow and deep breaths I take
In and hold
Out and hold
Paying attention to the now
How do I feel, what do I feel
Oh there’s a thought
Say hi and thank you
But your not needed now, so please go away
The pure new energy is entering my lungs
Fueling my heart
Into my bloodstream
Passing through my body like cars on a highway
Into my arms, my hands and my fingers
Rushing through my body
To every organ, to every cell
Nourishing me as it makes its way
But how do I feel..
At peace for now
Deeper and deeper I go
Into my mind
To a place where I’m safe
My tranquil place
My garden of truth
My home
No one can touch me here
It’s for me and for me alone
My dreams are here
I’m loved here
I can stay or I can return
It’s my choice
It’s my life

My Dear Friends,
Tomorrow is Chinese New Years eve so I will be going off line and travelling with my wife to the mountains of central north China where we will spend the Chinese New Year holiday with her family on their farm. This time is spent honouring family members, passed ancestors and the younger generation where we come together as one and enjoy the festivities, so I would like to take this opportunity in wishing you all

2014 The Year of the Horse
So if you were born in :- 1906, 1918, 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, and 2002 then you were born in the Year of the Horse.

Horse people are active and energetic. They got plenty of sex-appeal and know how to dress. Horses love to be in the crowd, maybe that is why they can usually be seen in such occasions like concerts, theaters, meetings, sporting occasions, and of course, parties.
The horse is very quick-witted and is right in there with you before you have had the chance to finish what you are saying: he’s on to the thought in your mind even before you’ve expressed it.
In general, the Horse is gifted. But in truth they are really more cunning than intelligent – and they know that. That is probably why, most of the horse people lack confidence.
Chinese believe that because horses are born to race or travel, all Horse people invariably leave home young. The Horse despises being pressured to act for the good of the group or made to feel guilty. No matter how integrated they seem to be, a Horse’s inner self remains powerfully rebellious. Although they have boundless energy and ambition, Horses have a hard time belonging. The Horse is hot-blooded, hot-headed and impatient. Horse people are a bit of an egoist, well, selfish sometimes, that it is rare for them to interest themselves in any problems except their own. And though this egoist works only for themselves and for their own success, their work nevertheless benefits everybody.
The Horse is a worker, adepts at handling money and a good financier. But unfortunately, they are also famous for suddenly losing interest on something. In their relationship with the opposite sex, the Horse is weak. They will give up everything for love.
Being born a Horse, there are many contradictions in their character. Horses are proud yet sweet-natured, arrogant yet oddly modest in their approach to love, envious but tolerant, conceited yet humble. They want to belong, yet they are burdened by their need for independence. They need love and crave intimacy yet often feel cornered, pressured. But the truth is, the Horse is an individual, who depends only on their own wits and labour to get what they want
Chinese New Year is an important traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the first day of the year of the Chinese calendar. In China, it is also known as the Spring Festival, the literal translation of the modern Chinese name. Chinese New Year celebrations traditionally run from Chinese New Year’s Eve, the last day of the last month of the Chinese calendar, to the Lantern Festiva; on the 15th day of the first month, making the festival the longest in the Chinese calendar. Because the Chinese calandar is lunisolar, the Chinese New Year is often referred to as the “Lunar New Year”.
The source of Chinese New Year is itself centuries old and gains significance because of several myths and traditions. Traditionally, the festival was a time to honor deities as well as ancestors. Chinese New Year is celebrated in countries and territories with significant Chinese populations, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Mauritious, Philippines, Macau, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and also in Chinatowns elsewhere. Chinese New Year is considered a major holiday for the Chinese and has had influence on the lunar new year celebrations of its geographic neighbors.
Within China, regional customs and traditions concerning the celebration of the Chinese new year vary widely. Often, the evening preceding Chinese New Year’s Day is an occasion for Chinese families to gather for the annual reunion dinner. It is also traditional for every family to thoroughly cleanse the house, in order to sweep away any ill-fortune and to make way for good incoming luck. Windows and doors will be decorated with red color paper-cuts and couplets with popular themes of ‘Good Fortune’ or ‘Happiness’ ‘wealth’, and ‘longevity.’ Other activities include lighting firecrackers and giving money in red paper envelopes (Hong Bao) .
Although the Chinese calendar traditionally does not use continuously numbered years, outside China its years are often numbered from the reign of the 3rd millennium BC Yellow Emperor. But at least three different years numbered 1 are now used by various scholars, making the year beginning in 2013 AD the “Chinese Year” 4711, 4710, or 4650.

GUAN YIN
Guan Yin, Mother of Compassion in ancient Chinese culture, blows gently into your life, and should be welcomed as an eternal source of comfort and peace. Guan Yin’s values are about co-operation, sharing, balance, harmony and partnership; she is highly sensitive and aware. Guan Yin’s esoteric attributes are those of compassion, healing, and centering.
She lives in the heart chakra, standing in full acceptance, suspended in tranquillity, relishing joy in the silence .
Guan Yin is light and weightless – the qualities that result from highly tuned vales of tolerance and acceptance. She is here to tell you to release factors that inhibit you, that prevent you from connecting with others. Melt those walls of ice around your heart; forgive the person who you feel has committed a grievance against you; open your heart and radiate love so that love can come back to you.
Close your eyes in a tranquil space. Visualise Guan Yin resting with the world on one shoulder, her cheek resting against it. She sees you, and you are drawn to the love radiating from her heart. She shows you how to take the world from your shoulders, hold it in your hands, and dance in joyful, carefree circles. You see the earth’s water rippling, the leaves in the trees blowing, the birds soaring without effort. Know this is happening purely thanks to your joy.
When you walk through each day, remember Guan Yin’s presence whenever you see the soaring birds, the rustling leaves, the rippling waters. Use these triggers as a reminder to take the world off your shoulders, and to dance with abandon, with your face to the skies and
your arms in the air.
AFFIRMATIONS:
I forgive
I radiate love
I am tolerant of everyone around me
I have great joy, and therefore great energy
My peace is shared peace
I am weightless and free of burden

“In every direction above, below, around, and within, you see things you know and recognise…. Put them down. Do not let consciousness dwell on the products of existence and things that come and go, for there is no rest of relief there. When you understand that by taking the objects of the world for granted as total reality, you are tied to the world, then this understanding will release you from your dependence on objects and will stop your craving and your desire for constant becoming. Then you can let go your hold and engage with things as they are, instead.”

My Dear Friends, From time to time I am asked what can one do to live a happy life. There are 10 things that have helped me and 3 ‘stances’. You may not agree with them or they may or may not suit everyone – that is OK.
1. Meditate regularly. Chose a style that suits you and stay with it.
2. Be a ‘gift’ to the world.
3. Encourage regularly.
4. Keep fit.
5. See the ‘gift’ in all things.
6. Live simply.
7. Have a routine in accord with nature.
8. Do random acts of kindness.
9. Know how your mind works (it’s all stories!)
10. Have a sense of humor.
Three Stances:
1. Love widely.
2. Listen deeply.
3. Set your values highly.

My Dear Friends,
At approximately 10:40am yesterday the 12th December I came across a post by Shanta Gabriel at http://spiritlibrary.com/shanta-gabriel/12-12-portal-activating-your-merkaba, regarding a MerKaBa light initiation process that was going to happen all around our world on the 12th December at 12:12, Shanta articulated the process regarding how we could connect to source, set our intentions and fill our bodies with heaven’s light. So at approximately 10:45 am yesterday the 12th December I set my intentions to connect to source and receive the healing power, healing for me and for me to then pass on to anyone who needs it.
At approximately 10:50am my wife called me to tell me her sister has been diagnosed with a throat tumor, a Thyroid Neoplasm. Her family are rural farmers from mid northern China where they typically only earn a couple of dollars per day, they are hard working happy people, loving, kind and true to family and friends, they adore me and have taken me into their family with open arms, I have spent many happy days with them in their village and taken hundreds of photographs of them and their village life. It is certainly a place of smiles but also of sadness. Nearly two years ago almost to the day, my wives brother in law (sisters husband) fell from a roof while helping his son install a solar water heating system to someone’s village house, he had no safety equipment (this is China) and hit the ground head first, My wife and I were in the UK at the time tending to my father who subsequently passed away while we were with him so we were unaware of her sisters husbands accident. The local hospital in their county told them he was unlikely to survive the trauma as his skull had smashed into his brain and even if he did survive then he would most likely have severe brain damage, they told my sister in law that the cost for surgery would be around 30,000 $ after the subsidy they would receive from the farmers insurance subsistence, and, the surgery would need to be carried out in Xian; the capitol city of their province a 3 + hour car drive away, she was also told that he would unlikely make it through the night!
My wife’s sister and two children were really shocked by the news and traumatized about the surgery costs of which they did not have, my wife’s sister knew they did not have the money but the children pleaded with her to go ahead with the surgery (the surgery would not be arranged or completed unless the full amount was paid in full), so she went to the village elders and told them the situation, all families within the village put their hands in the pockets, raided their savings and used money they had put aside for next years crops and seeds. Everything was put on the line, all these families dug deep to help my sister in law’s family when they needed it most!
The surgery went ahead, his life was saved, he now has a hole in his skull the size of a tennis ball, he is slightly impaired but he is a father, grandfather and husband again but he has never been made aware of the costs of the surgery and the money owed to the villagers. When May and I returned from the UK, we were told of this situation, they said they did not want to trouble us because we were also going through our own traumas and grief with the passing of my father…But what could we do? We could not see these farming families suffer and not be able to buy seeds and crops this year, so May and I found the money ourselves and we paid them back. Now we are in the same situation once again but this time with my sister in law, we are awaiting information from the hospitals to find out the nature of the tumor and the costs of the surgery if needed.
So at exactly 12:12am yesterday the 12th December I started to meditate, I went through the process exactly as Shanta Gabriel had said, I set my intentions to receive pure light and healing energy, I brought the energy into every cell of my body, I said my prayers for myself, my family, my friends, for humanity and our planet and asked for special assistance to go to my sister in law in her time of need, I focused on her tumor, I started to cough heavily, my throat was sore but I breathed it away, I then received a very deep pain in my side but I breathed that away too, I targeted my energy to her and at exactly 12:24am I opened my eyes and awoke from my meditation (exactly 12:24, 12 minutes meditation, this was amazing).
So my dear friends, I would like you to think of my sister in law, please send us some pure source healing energy.

What Do I Have To Be Thankful For today? Thanksgiving should be everyday.
My Dear Friends,
Well, …….Absolutely everything is my answer 🙂
Last Friday the Pollution levels were so high here in Shanghai, you could hardly see 200ft in front of your face and in some places even far less than that. The PM25 index was hitting a high of 509 Hazardous to health with the notation ‘Everyone may begin to experience health effects, members of sensitive groups may experience serious health effects’ 🙂 This brought massive problems to the Old, the Infirmed, the Young and of course the Empath’s, people like me who can feel changes in the weather, who can feel and even taste the pollution levels before they actually arrive, who start coughing the day before anyone else, who start choking a day before anyone else, we feel the pain earlier… I guess like an early warning signal that something bad is coming; so we can alert our friends and family.
Well, this morning the sun is shining, the sky is quite blue, it’s still a little hazy but the PM25 index is now down to 167 with a rating of ‘Unhealthy’. So, we cannot dispose of our masks just yet but today is another day, I’m alive, I’m healthy…. so I have so much to be Thankful and Grateful for 🙂
I’m Thankful for My Life
I’m Thankful for My Health
I’m Thankful for My Lovely Wife
I’m Thankful for My 4 Beautiful Children
I’m Thankful for My Friends
I’m Thankful for My Work
I’m Thankful for My Colleagues
I’m Thankful for My Clients
I’m Thankful for My Spiritual Awareness and Abilities
I’m Thankful for My Beliefs
I’m Thankful for My Food
I’m Thankful for My Compassion
I’m Thankful for My Love of Humanity
I’m Thankful for My Environmental Awareness
I’m Thankful for My Days and My Night’s
Here are some pictures of what I see everyday, things I’m so thankful for 🙂
My list could go on and on….
If You could Pick Just 1 Thing to be Thankful for Today, What Would It Be ?

22 years ago when I first went to a senior Buddhist to ask for advice, I said to him: “I have a very big problem,” and he, the late John Delnevo of SGI UK (pictured), replied with a broad smile and a twinkle in his eye: “Congratulations.” I thought he must have misheard me so I repeated that I really was struggling with something (can’t remember what but it would’ve felt massive at the time – money / job / girlfriend / studies… or possibly all four…)
Again he smiled broadly and said, “that’s great news, well done!” Seeing my perplexed face, he made seven points over the next hour’s conversation that have stayed with me ever since:
‘John D’, as we called him, was an incredibly wise, strict and compassionate man and it is hard in a list of 7 points to convey the warm encouragement that always shone from his life, earning the trust of people all around him. In fact it has taken me 21 years to really understand with my whole life what he said to me on that day in 1991. And some days I still forget.
The advice he gave was born of his own heartfelt personal struggles or ‘human revolution’ as we say in Buddhism, he lived what he taught, it was never about theory with John D. And looking back I realise he treated me with the deepest appreciation, seeing past my whingeing self-centredness and talking to the person I might one day become. I believe this is the mark of a great mentor.
So, as this wise man repeated at the end of our little chat: “You have a problem? Congratulations…”

PS. When I began writing this post, I didn’t intend it to become a tribute to John Delnevo, it was just going to be a list of 7 hopefully helpful points. Now I realise that it is the profound human connection that counted even more than what he actually said. ‘John D’, you rocked. Still in my daimoku. Thank you.
There it sits in all its glory
Perfect pink petals open to the world for all to see
It’s center core burning bright and golden like the sun,
Its stamen fluttering like ballerina’s dancing in the gentle breeze, attracting Bees
Pollination is its goal and its final destination in life
Born from the murky depths of the lake entrapped in mud
Until one day, life awakens its core and the journey to the surface begins
A gentle bud pushing away the mud, rising up to reach the sky
Onward and upward it grows, rising up to break the surface and out into the air, to take its first breath
The coolness of the morning dew settles on the newly formed leaves as they open and spread their way under the jewel, the flower to be
Dragonflies dance from leaf to leaf, butterflies come and go and golden fish play their games of hide and seek below
The time has come; the grand opening is here, the splash of colour, the gentleness, the joy,
The happiness and smiles on the faces of those who see its birth
Its beauty, its simplicity, its colour, its texture
The Lotus,
A flower worthy of the Buddha
The seat of enlightenment
Nature’s perfection, a gift from high.

My Dear Friends, welcome to My Spiritual Journey Part 6, this post will bring us to a point in time in my journey about 1 year ago. I will endeavour to bring it up-to date as soon as I can get the time. This post is to tell you about two amazing connections and meetings I had with two renowned clairvoyants.
An encounter with a Japanese clairvoyant and Aura Artist.
A Japanese friend of mine in Shanghai mentioned they knew that a very talented clairvoyant was visiting from Japan and asked would I like to meet her? A couple of days later I was sitting in an apartment kitchen with this lady from Japan, she could not speak English or Chinese so we had another Japanese lady sit with us and translate what Nami (The ladies name) was saying during our session together. I just sat at the kitchen table and Nami sat opposite me, she had a large A3 piece of paper in front of her and an assortment of coloured fiber tipped pens. Nami looked into my eyes and around the shape of my upper body and head, she then began to draw…This was amazing; she hardly looked down at the drawing and was very attentive whilst looking at me. Being gifted from an early age, Nami is able to see within your Aura and clearly see your Spiritual Guides, Angels and Guardians and immediately put this image on paper for you to see and understand. Nami can access through different angles and channels how your past lives have been, what is happening in this life-time now and what to expect in the near future, lessons to learn, transmit to you messages from your ancestors and let you know about Karma you may have inherited. She can easily do this through her illustrations and make it easy for you to understand.
Nami is well known in Japan and her hands move at lightning speed continuously to finish her illustrations. She has published many of her works as “MANGA” (cartoons) and illustrations and is in big demand in Japan for her clairvoyant advice. My session with Nami was incredible, she aligned and confirmed what I have been told by many spiritualists and clairvoyants whom I have met during the past year and provided me with messages directly from my Spiritual Guides and Angels that are with me today. I won’t go into great detail of what my guides and angels said to me but it is fantastic news and certainly clarifies my next steps. I would like to share with you a copy of my Aura Drawing so you can see what Nami saw during our session.. If you can read Japanese then you will also get a little information from the written text within the drawing.
The very next morning Saturday at 08:00am I took part in a Light Activation Session with a wonderful lady named Shanta Gabriel. Shanta is an inspired teacher and visionary mystic whose work with the Angelic Dimensions has spanned over 20 years. She is also the author of The Gabriel Messages and The Gabriel Message Cards.. Visit the new Resources page of her website: http://www.TheGabrielMessages.com/Resources to see the new online version of The Gabriel Messages Book and Cards. You can also find the powerful first phase of her timely teleclass, Evolution of Consciousness.
Shanta connected me to my Guides and Angels, confirmed all that transpired in my Aura Drawing session with Nami the day before, cleansed my body with a crystal light wand, aligned my Chakras and took me to my ‘Garden of Devine Light’, this journey was extremely important to me because I will be able to recall that space in my being and go into that place again in all my future meditations
The interesting thing for me (as a slight spiritual skeptic at that time) was the continuity of messages from both Nami and Shanta, they were thousands of miles apart, on different continents, speaking two very different languages but their messages were identical, they both spoke about my highness of vibration, my aura colors and the intense energy they both felt during our sessions in Nami’s case face to face and in Shanta’s case via a telephone conversation, they both spoke about my highness of spiritual calling, the intensity of the messages being transmitted to me by my Angels, Ascended Masters and Spiritual Guides, the message regarding my spiritual journey and their blessings for me and the work I need to do moving forward. I broke down in tears yet again during my session with Shanta, because the messages I received were so powerful, the intensity of the information regarding my spiritual journey and the messages regarding my place in humanity and the work I must do are so strong, detailed and humbling for me because I am just a Husband and a dad from the UK, living in China, trying my best each and every day; yes I do care about our planet and humanity, yes I would like to see change and yes I am very willing to do all I can to help others who are less fortunate than myself…But what should I do and how should I do it?….the constant message was and still is…’You are already doing it’, ‘you have been on this mission for all your LIVES’, ‘you are healing people each and every day, your do this through your messages, through your voice, through your written words, this healing will grow in intensity and will also include touch’. I was and still am amazed by these messages, the powerful words they used the strength that the guides pass on to me brings me to tears every time I hear them. I know I have something special and I know I must relax my mind, don’t fight the messages or question the reasoning behind my journey and ‘Just BE’…’Just Be Me’. The strange thing is; when I relax, block out the everyday hum from my mind, meditate and come into the ‘Now’ I grow stronger, images flash through my mind, pictures are clear of what I need to do is so visually represented, it’s like a direct connection to a higher power, a sort of direct feed video on fast play… Is this my higher power talking to me, my inner self, my spiritual guide, Source, God? I still don’t know but everyone I connect to either face to face, via video conference, or telephone consultation say the same things re my journey…I’m on something special ( and it’s not drugs or medication J) I have been on this same journey for many lifetimes and the intensity and pace is gaining strength, I have now been anchored down, deep in our earth, to keep me her, to do the work I have been destined to do!
Let me be of help to our world and humanity, let me do my best to heal and I will give my all.
