Welcome, our beloved to this day. It is a fortuitous time. Many right now are filled with sadness and grief, and many are filled with an emptiness and loneliness.

They seek to be filled again and do not where to turn. There is little to nourish them and they have been taught to turn outwards to fulfil their emptiness. When we say to them to turn inwards they do not know where that is and when they do try they find it empty – they cannot see the beauty within them. For even in the turning inwards they are trapped in the illusion of physical matter, which they have created for themselves.

It is very difficult for them to let this go and to release it in order to find the freedom to fly without being held in this illusion.

We ask that you live in the moment, not in the illusion of time. We ask you to accept your true nature, the beings of light that you are. It is time to remember who you are and to awake from your long self-induced sleep.

It is time for you now to be that which you have always been and to fly free of the shackles you have placed around yourselves.

We ask you our beloved ones to accept now that which is in the moment and to be that which is. Live the being that you are on the Earth and not the being you have created to fit the mould or the place in which you abide. Choose to remove the layers of eons of time and simply be that which you are.

Yes, dear ones, we understand there is fear and resistance to that which is, but there is no longer the need to hide all that you are. Your greatness is your weapon of existence. Your love and your light are what will create the new time of light that is fast approaching. Wake up now our children and move with this as it expands. Unleash your fear, look it in the eye and tell it you no longer need to fear that which is not. Only love that which is now.

Your Earth is moving at a greater velocity even in these past months she has grown and changed. It has brought much change to all, has it not? Even in your self-induced sleep, you have felt it, have you not?

You have felt the energy rise and move and uncoil as she begins her momentous metamorphosis. As she moves and turns it is right for those beings that live within her energy to also move within themselves, like butterflies beginning the last stage of change before emerging from their cocoons.

Listen to your hearts dear ones, and move with the rhythm of your heart and know this is your truth. Do not be dissuaded from this path by those who cling to their fears, for these too will dissipate and move in time to the rhythm of change that is over the Earth right now.

Yes, dear ones there are those who do not wish this change and they are doing much to arrest it and stop it but it is a force that cannot be arrested. It will move onwards no matter what these ones do and eventually they too will be encapsulated by this change, this movement into greatness.

When the golden light of the Christ consciousness (God self) threads its way through your very veins and energy fields you will feel the tingling it creates. Understand its subtle energies and what it says to you. Call upon it to assist you in every waking moment. It is the time of the golden light; the golden age is what it is. This energy is all powerful and all enveloping. It is soft and subtle and filled with a richness that you will find will fill every little crevasse and hollow of your being. Slowly it will come and slowly it will move through you, so as not to overawe you in its beauty. But come it will. Choose not to turn your face from it, or avert your eyes and cry that nothing is happening for you in this world. Simply open your heart to the love that is and feel its wonder. This love is not the love of which you speak about from your ego minds, this is not the love of matter. Understand the difference, for sometimes what you seek is no that which is. This love of the Christ consciousness will fill your energy bodies and your soul with warmth and compassion, it is fulfilling not overwhelming.

It is not of the passion or of the drama that you so like to call your love on this plane. It is the unconditional love of the Christ consciousness, which will be for you like no other energy you have ever felt. Yet somewhere in your being, you will recognise this love and you will feel drawn to it. It will make you feel you are safe, it will make you feel whole again, like a returning home of sorts.

It will make you feel like you are filled and you are connected to all that is even though you physically stand here alone and single. It will make you feel like the denseness you are and you will understand the greater being that you are within this denseness.

You will understand your connection to all things. Slowly and bit by bit you will begin to feel this connection to all that is. In the breeze, in the sound of the birds, in the swaying of the trees, in the movement of the wind as it whistles past your ears. In instances, you will stop and listen or look with open eyes understanding of all that is.

You will feel the outer edges of your being pulled into this energy and into this movement, into this symphony of consciousness and your being will tingle with a knowing that you cannot describe and that the mind itself cannot comprehend.

It will simply be a fleeting feeling at first but one that you will turn to over and over again in understanding.

You will wonder why such a short moment in time has become such a big moment in your mind. Something you keep turning to, for as much as that fleeting second that you experienced it in the first place. And then you will understand that it is All that Is.

It is in the now in the moment, in that brief fleeting second when all is as it is and you will begin then to move into that space more frequently in your mind.

This space of consciousness is when the mind is allowed to stop and your true nature takes over from the mind. Choose to allow it to flow for you and try not to let the mind take over again very quickly for that is what it will try to do as it becomes concerned when it is not in control.

Allow the mind to take a short mini holiday from the helm and simply allow your true nature to drive the ship for a change. Allow this to occur in this time and feel the wonder of this experience. Return to it whenever you feel called and this feeling will grow.

The Christ energy will grow within you. Your God nature will emerge like the butterfly from its cocoon and you will walk on the Earth with new sight and intensity. Try it our beloveds…we guarantee you will like it.

All Beings Deserve Happiness

My Dear Friends,

I watched this video this morning and the plight of Benji brought tears to my eyes, tears of sadness at first because I believe that all animals deserve happiness, so, for me to see an animal living this way makes me very sad indeed, but then tears of joy to see him rescued by some very caring and professional human beings made me happy again 🙂

We live in a world that contains all types of animal, some are downright scary and that includes humans too! But who are we as individuals to say which one has a right to happiness, to freedom, to love, to kindness? None of us is the answer! We are all beings of this earth and we all deserve a life without suffering!

So, please watch this short video my friends and consider helping out at an animal shelter near your home, or when you are thinking of buying a new pet, consider one from a shelter because my Dear Friends, all beings deserve happiness 🙂

My Dear Friends,

I visited the Jade Buddha Temple in Shanghai again yesterday morning, this is my local Buddhist Temple and one in which I visit regularly, say my prayers, give my offerings to the Buddha, to my family, ascended family, guides and masters.

On yesterdays visit after I had done my prostration prayers I stood and did a standing meditation in front of the Buddha and I asked him if he would honour me with his grace and channel through me and last night as I slept I received a visit by the Lord Buddha, here are some of his words from that channel.

Dear one, this is the Buddha that has stepped forth to you today, you came to me and asked for a connection to you and here I am. I will share with you today some of my thinking and offer you my support as you continue along your journey of self-discovery. I too set out on a journey of self discovery, I meditated as you do in the hope of finding myself and understanding impermanence, the cause of suffering and what brings happiness and peace to our hearts. During my journey I was joined by many others, this was not my intention; as my journey was my own journey, however these others were also following their own journey of self discovery so they joined me and formed a Sangha where we sat in circle as you do and meditated and contemplated upon our own journeys. It is; Dear One my thought that by creating a circle the collective consciousness and energy of that circle helps raise the frequencies of all within the collective, and enables each one to attain understanding earlier. We must however remember that no journey of self-discovery is alike and we will ascend at different times; as and when we are ready. There is no time limit Dear One and it may not happen within your physical lifetime, but it will happen through Samsara. Remember Dear One that nothing is permanent, everything in life is in a constant flow moving forward; never back, and it is important for you to understand this, because all that you see is not real, only a fabrication and story of what your ego mind tells you about that experience. Life as you see it is based upon how you act or react to each situation that is presented to you, if you choose to judge or act in anger, with hatred or fear then you will create a Karmic reaction that will stay with you and your reincarnations for ever more, so please Dear One choose to act with non-judgement, react or respond with love and compassion and always be open to receive love and compassion as you travel your pathway. I see Dear One that like so many others you seek answers, seek knowledge and seek happiness and love but also remember Dear One that ‘Life is in the being, not in the knowing’, so do not waste your life searching for what is already inside you Dear One, allow yourself to open fully to the light, give up your ego mind and submit to your Divine Will and offer yourself in service to source and you will find your peace and live your happiness.

Today is the time to talk of love that which you talk about all the time. But what is love? Is it some kind of dream you have before waking up to find it is all an illusion? For many of you this may be true. But know this dear hearts – love simply is.

Love is in everything you do and see, everything you touch, everything around you. Love is an energy of consciousness and not an emotion or feeling. Now let us be clear on this. We are not talking about love in terms of romantic love. We are talking about the energy of consciousness called love and this is a very different thing to your third-dimensional love.

God’s consciousness is love, therefore it is in everything as God is in everything. But sometimes you can’t see it because you are seeking something else. God’s love is not about redemption, dear hearts. There is no redeeming here. God does not need to redeem anything from its love consciousness. This energy simply is as it is. God’s love is not conditional. It does not rely on an unspoken contract or agreement with you or another party to exist. There is no win win here.

Many of you understand love as being a conditional thing. For you it is an emotion that can only exist if your desires and needs are met. I will love you if… you love me back, you give me diamonds, you support and nurture me, and on it goes. Such an endless list of wants and desires.

This is not love. This is an agreement based on an emotional response. Yet this is the love you exchange with each other every day. With all your “loved” ones – mothers, fathers, children, lovers, husbands and partners, friends and acquaintances.

The consciousness of love itself does not need to be created by you for it already exists in everything that is, dear hearts. In every cell of your being there is love. In every part of the Earth in nature there is love. When you look around with your heart open and your eyes clear from the veils of illusion you will see the consciousness of love in everything,

Love is not the emotional experience of highs and lows. Divine Love leaves its wondrous energy around you and offers peace and calm, an acceptance of all that is. Love lives in the moment, it is not something that has to be recalled from the past or sent into the future. It just is.

Divine love, dear ones, asks nothing for or of itself. It does not require agreements or exchange to exist, It just is. It is always with you, yet sometimes you are unable to see it because you are so caught in the web of your emotions and beliefs about what love is. These emotions will distract you from many things and from seeing that which is right in front of you. It really is not so difficult. It is simple, dear hearts, so we ask you to avoid making it so complicated. It is easy to connect with the divine consciousness of love, avoid making it so hard for yourself. Allow it to flow in your heart and mind.

When so many of you call for love, saying I want some love in my life, some happiness, you are not calling for God’s divine love you are calling for someone else to fulfil you and walk with you on your path. You are asking that someone else give you the ‘love’ and nurturing you feel you are unable to give yourself.

You desire someone else to make you feel better about who you are, to recognize you, to confirm you in some way and to give you the self-esteem you seem unable to give yourself. You are asking of another to create a contract or agreement of exchange with you. You are saying… “I want someone to come along who will love me…. I want someone who will come along and make me feel good about myself. If they do that I will shower them with my emotional and physical love. But if I stop feeling good about myself at any time I will withdraw my love immediately.”

Love is not a contract, beloved hearts. Love simply is. This love you speak of in your physical realm does not fulfil you, which is why so many of your bondings and relationships end up in sadness and tears. This is because your contracts have not been fulfilled. Whenever you have made silent agreements with others you will always find disappointment because no other can fulfil your needs about yourself.

Only you can create your life, dear ones. In the same way you cannot do someone else’s path or journey then accept that another is unable to do your path or journey. The responsibility for your path and your experience here on Earth lies with all that you choose to create for yourself.

We are not saying to avoid relationships with other beings on the Earth, dear hearts, this is not so. We are saying that when you have opened your heart and mind to receive God’s love within yourself you will see it and recognize it in everything and everyone else.

When you choose to open to this, then your relationships will be supported by this energy of love – unconditional love. All will be in every moment in peace and harmony with everything else. The emotions will not need to be fed and feelings such as fear, judgement and anger will have no cause to arise.

There will be no agreements in your relationships with other beings because you will love unconditionally all beings. You will also not feel you are separate or alone, dear ones, because you will feel as one with all beings and all things. You will see that you are never alone. You are always uplifted and supported by other beings. You will understand you are a beloved child of the universe.

Now, we say to you dear ones,  to see and understand God’s love appears to be an impossible task for many in the physical realities you are choosing to create on the Earth. But in truth this is what you seek in every moment. You seek this fulfilment because deep within you know it exists because you have felt it so many times before when you have chosen to open your heart and mind to receive from the heart of Source.

The path to God’s love is not so difficult, dear ones. In fact, it can be an adventure. Think of it as fun and a game. To see God’s love in every waking moment is simply a matter of making a choice each and every day – choose to see God’s love all around you. Release all emotions as they surface within you and let go all beliefs of separation. As you feel your emotions and thought forms them bubbling up announce them out loud to yourself and honor them. Become conscious and aware and then choose to release them to God. In this way, dear hearts, your emotions and thought forms will not cloud you from seeing what your divine truth.

Choose to live your life in harmony and create balance in your four bodies – mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. Live not in the one over the others. Understand that you do not have to seek God’s love nor do you have to try and create it, for it is always with you. You only need to lift the veils of your mind and heart and you will see it and feel it. When choose to walk consciously in God’s divine heart then you will find all that you seek. Blessings on your journey into the one heart of love.

Washing Away Years Of Pain

My Dear Friends,

Once again I’m sorry for the lack of posts lately; but I have been spending so much time channeling, connecting with my higher self and generally working on the things that have been holding me back in my life. Most of the time has been spent understanding who I really am, and then; understanding what I really want for the rest of this physical life! Where is this life taking me? What am I looking for? and How do I want to proceed?

Where is this life taking me? What am I looking for? and How do I want to proceed?

Simple right?

No!

Going into deep meditation, connecting with my higher self and connecting with my soul has not been easy, it took lots of practice; many thousands of hours in meditation, calming and controlling the ego mind, asking it to step aside and to go with the flow. Then step by step connecting with my own ‘Group Heart’, all the beings that have made up my life/s through all space, time and dimensions, all my previous incarnation lives, their souls and their aspects. This is a fantastic process and sometimes you think you have it all in place, life is good, the spiritual pathway is opening up fully for you then…. ‘BAM’… another aspect or Karmic problem smacks you right in the face!!! and everything comes to a screeching halt!

This is part of the journey my friends, dealing with what you think are all your problems, the stories of old that hold you back, the Karmic problems that you have created through actions/reactions in the past, judgement of others; etc. These are just the tip of the iceberg to say the least, because there may be possibly thousands of issues coming to face you on your journey, E.g, you may be in a meditation, meditating on say ‘Love’ and all is looking good, then all of a sudden you experience a pain, maybe it’s in the heart or in the neck, the leg, the shoulder; or anywhere else in your body, but when you finish the meditation the pain goes away so you think nothing of it, then perhaps on another occasion you are once again meditating on love and the pain comes back again; but once again after the meditation has finished the pain mysteriously goes away!….What does this mean? Are you sick?…..No, it’s more likely that the pain is brought on by one of your ‘Aspects’, this could be from a previous life or could be from another part of your being from another dimension (way too much info to think about in this post 🙂 ) This Aspect may have had a problem with love, maybe their heart was broken, maybe they were even killed or severely injured because of love, in the pursuit of love, who knows! So in order to move on with your life you have to go into meditation and try to connect with the part of you that is in seperation with you regarding love, because, unless you resolve this seperation with this Aspect and bring them into your group heart consciousness; the problem will never go away, and you will always have issues when it comes to love. Now, this is not just about love, the same thing goes for health, life, feelings, friendships, family, work, situations, the way you act, react to situations etc…This list is endless so like ducks in a line you need to deal with the Aspects as and when they come up for you,

Now, this is not just about love, the same thing goes for health, life, feelings, friendships, family, work, confrontational situations, the way you act or react to situations, challenges in your life; etc…The list is endless, so; like ducks in a line you need to deal with the Aspects as and when they come up for you, it’s no good brushing them under the carpet in the hope that they will go away because guess what? They won’t go away!

Once you clear all these issues with old Karma and Aspects then life is good and once again you move forward on your journey but always remember that there may be setbacks ahead of you, so when they come up, don’t judge them, don’t brush them under the carpet, go into meditation, find out what is causing you this pain, making you act or react in this way as it may well be an Aspect or a Karmic bond that you need to deal with before you can set sail again 🙂

Open Your Heart To Change

Beautiful words from the Masters by 

The tides of energy are turning and changing right now on the Earth as we begin to step into the new age of evolution for each soul. We are being called to lift our consciousness and expand our hearts and minds and, as the many rays of light flood the planet to support us in this endeavour, there is still much resistance to this new way of being in the heart of humanity. We are still choosing to play out the old karma that is held within us before we resolve it and become free of the bonds of our attachments.

As a collective of souls, hu-mans are beginning to move into a new phase of becoming all that we are and we are opening and changing the consciousness of our being. This is a process of growth and adaptation as we transform the old into a new way of being. It is the alchemy that is occurring between the ego mind and the higher consciousness as they begin to reconnect and it will bring many changes to the individual soul as well as to the collective. This is occurring for everyone across the planet and many can feel it.

Yet we are being asked to hold patience in our hearts, for patience is needed as we move through this process. It cannot be speeded up to suit your impatience, dear heart, all will flow as it is needed.

We are also being asked to let go of the consciousness that creates separation in our minds and hearts and to allow all in the collective to play their part and bring the gifts they hold to the group heart so all may grow through all they have come to learn.

The Earth too is shifting and this energy is creating chaos and change across the Earth for many people. Yet remember that out of chaos comes amazing rebirth and regeneration. For new growth change and destruction is often required and the Masters ask us not to be so sad about this. It is what is, our beloveds.

When the chaos causes death and destruction the Masters ask us to understand that all those who leave their bodies do not truly leave us, they are simply changing and shifting their reality from the physical to another vibration or way of being and their soul knows this vibration well. As this shift is created for them they will rejoice in this new way of being and move forward on their journey. Celebrate and honor their new vibration of energy.

The Masters tell us that the Earth is growing and her womb is turning and getting ready for birth. This transformation will continue for some time until she is ready to ascend, yet these Earth changes will create more change of consciousness for everyone who stands on the Earth in all their forms as all are needed in the group heart to support this new creation in the Universe.

The Masters ask us not to be afraid, for all is as it is, our beloveds. They ask you to hold the love in your heart and allow the energy of the pure light to pulse through you. Whenever you feel afraid they ask you to call to them, the angels or your guides and allow them to assist you and hold you in sacred space. Open your hearts to receive the support that is there for you.

Choose to open up your hearts and allow the Light to flow through you and when you have received it fully then send it out through your open heart to all beings on the Earth who feel they are suffering. Send your love out to these ones and share with them the light rays of your heart.

Every time you hear of chaos and change on the Earth or feel people are suffering anywhere, choose not to close your heart and berate those in power or those responsible for creating this chaos. Simply open your heart and allow the light rays to flow through you. Channel them using your breath from your crown chakra and send the light to your heart and then out to all people who are suffering, as well as those you believe to be the perpetrators and are wishing to blame. Send pure light instead of blame and anger.

There is no one to blame, our beloveds. There is nothing to blame, our beloveds, all is as it is. The Masters ask you to accept this and call upon the light to flood through you and send this love and light out to all who may only see the suffering and pain, send the light out to all who can only see the darkness.

Share with them the light so they may stand in the Light of Source even as they believe they are suffering. Assist them to connect with the light of Source so they may know its transformational power and its ability to cleanse the spirit of the illusion of physical matter.

Allow this to flow through you in every moment, our beloveds. Every time you hear or see anything that makes you feel fear in your heart or sadness and pain, the Masters ask you to call to the light of Source to flow through you in this very moment. Choose to not step into the illusion.

Call on the light of Source and allow it to flow throughout your being so that you may then share this pure light with others on the Earth who have walked into the illusion of pain and suffering.

Do this, our beloveds, and the illusion of darkness will change to light and love. Do this, our beloveds, and your hearts will open and sing.

Do this, our beloveds, and love will pour forth from you in a golden ray of hope and joy.

Do this, our beloveds, and the world will change and be as one with Source in the one heart of All that Is.

Do this, our beloveds, and you will know peace and joy. We love you.

During my morning meditation and whilst sitting in love with my own Group Heart, I was blessed by Kuan Yin coming to our Group Heart and offering a message for me, below is the message that I recorded and it is typed, word for word.

Blessings of Love to you dear hearts, this is Kuan Yin that steps to you today on this eve of the Chinese Lunar New Year, the year of the Red Fire Monkey, I step to you today to give you these words and during the year of the Fire Monkey there will be a great deal of time and opportunity for you to open your hearts, to hold out your hands to others who are in need, who are in need of love and compassion for their lives. These opportunities will be placed to you throughout the year of the Fire Monkey and it is you and your Divine Will that will decide on whether you act or react on these opportunities, to extend out your Divine Love and your Divine Compassion as it is your will. I say to you Dear Hearts that by offering yourself in service as a disciple of God; of Source, you will reap the benefits of receiving whilst you also give. Because by the act of giving you are also receiving; as you share you receive, as you hold out your hand to one in need; you will receive a hand in return to support you in your spiritual journey. I say to you Dear Hearts to open your heart, give of your love and compassion freely and the enlightenment that you will receive will be with you for all of your days, through all space, time and dimensions. Your group heart will benefit also from this generosity that you give, and your energy, your frequencies will grow as you expand. Your expansion of love and compassion has no bounds as the more you give; the more your will receive, the more you give; the more you will receive. Give of your love freely and remember dear hearts to also open your hearts to receive the love in return, for you dear one are a being of light; in service to God, to Source, so you too; may share in the love and compassion that humanity holds for you. Busy Channeling

My Dear Friends,

I’m so, so sorry for not making the time to write on my blog lately but I have been so busy lately doing channelling sessions, connecting with my Soul, My Divine Presence and setting up my Group Heart Consciousness. This is all great but also very draining for me and when I come to write on my blog my mind is so calm and at ease that it is ‘Mindless’ so I guess my Meditations and Mindfulness are working wonders 🙂

I am also creating lots of codes that come up during my channelling sessions and also speaking more in Ancient language and Light Languages, these gifts are also gaining strength and becoming part of my everyday 🙂

I also notice that my clairempath abilities are also building rapidly and my emotions are on hightened alert to suffering in myself of in others, the slightest thing, slightest sign of suffering causes my emotions to flow in the form or tears, physical or mental pain etc.

My pathway is becoming more clear as I work on my Group Heart Consciousness and as we come together into the ‘One Heart’ presence of all that we are, I can clearly see, feel and sence all the gifts that all my beings from all time, space and dimensions bring to our collective group heart. These gifts are meant to be made manifest for the benefit of humanity here on Earth and as I move forward on this journey I/we will bring these gifts to you.

I feel blessed, thankful and so grateful that I have chosen to walk this spiritual pathway and I look forward to being of service to Humanity and Mother Earth as we continue to walk in the light of ‘Source’ 🙂

My Dear Friends,

 

I came across this wonderful picture today taken from the Hubble Telescope and after looking at it for a few minutes, It looks like the world is being held in the loving embrace of an Angels wings, which then got me thinking just how delicate our world is and how we need to do something to protect it.

I have written about our environment many times, however, like many who write on environmental issues; most readers think it will be all sorted out for them, someone else will make the effort to stand up and be counted, someone else will go out and clean up their local area, someone else will go on a march re climate change or pollution to our environment.

So many people look at the news and see the devastation that is happening to our environment all around the world, oil spills, water pollution, fracking, toxic waste dumping, but very few people will actually do anything unless it happens on their doorstep, and I mean on their doorstep, most people won’t even do anything if it happens in their country, their county, or their city…. so unless it’s on their doorstep; they just turn a blind eye and say, ‘ it’s not my problem’!

However, it is our problem because to use the following example, the terrible radiation leak from the Tsunami hit Nuclear plant in Japan is now polluting the oceans of our world, millions of fish, Whales, Dolphins and sea creatures in the Pacific Ocean are dying because of this natural disaster! So, will you do anything if all of a sudden you cannot eat any fish from the ocean? or You cannot go into the ocean for a swim when you are on holiday in the Philippines, Thailand, Indian Ocean, Australasia, West Coast of America, Hawaii, Chile, Argentina, Mexico etc?

I wish we could lift our heads, take notice and take ownership; because we are ‘ALL’ part of the problem (as consumers) and we are all capable of doing something about it, we can stop buying goods that pollute our environment, we can stop using plastic bags, buying plastic bottles of juice, water etc, we can source from more environmentally friendly companies, we can join a local clean up group, we can sign a petition to save our planet, there is so much we can do to make change happen, but as long as we say ‘It’s not my problem’ then we will NEVER make CHANGE HAPPEN!

We live on a beautiful planet, that looks after us each and every day, now my dear friends, it’s our turn to do the looking after….

What Does Success Mean To You?

My Dear friends,

‘Success’…What does it mean to you?

Many people; in fact millions, tens of millions are constantly looking for ‘Success’, every day pushing forward trying to achieve it…but what is it?…Is success measured by wealth, how much money you have in your bank? Is it measured by the car that you drive, the size of your house, the job that you have, the job title you hold, the academic qualifications you achieve, how fit and healthy you are, the clothes that you wear, the holidays you take, the number of friends you have, how much you spend on ‘stuff’….What is success? and; how do you achieve it?

Food for thought my friends, food for thought!

I live in a society that holds achievement as a benchmark for success, I.e, you must gain the highest grades in your school life, then the highest grades and ranking in your university life, then gain further qualifications like an MBA; of course with the highest grade, then get the best job title with the best and biggest company, buy a car, buy a house get married and have a baby as quickly as possible because even this shows ‘success’, buy expensive clothes, top fashion brands, fancy watch, jewelry, send your child to the best school, give them extra classes so they learn more, achieve more and become successful!…Nothing wrong with wanting the best in life for yourself and your family…but, does it bring you success?

This, of course; depends on your evaluation of what success really means to you… and I often see all of the above bringing ‘No’ happiness to so many each and every day. People, friends, colleagues etc who are so tired, so stressed, so challenges, living in the past and also the future, with little or no love for themselves and or any idea what happiness really means to them, with circles of friends that most often are just along for the ride and then I look at what I see in the eyes of people in countries like Bhutan where their GDP as a country is based on ‘Gross National Happiness’, these people are not rich, they don’t have all the ‘fancy’ things in life, but they do have happiness, they live in the ‘now’, they have love in their hearts, they hold compassion for others and they are successful because each and every day for them is a ‘gift’ and they hold that as a measurement of their success.

Success to me means happiness, happiness means understanding who I am and holding love for myself, giving love to others, being grateful for what I have in my life and doing my best to give something back to my community, to humanity and to mother earth.

I may sound idealistic but that for me is success!

Surrender to Receive all that you Need

Wow!…I have always had problems with this statement.. ‘Surrender to Receive all that you Need’. Like many, I have been travelling my own life’s journey and to date that’s about 55 years and 210 day’s to be precise in my case 🙂 and I still have trouble with the letting go, the surrender of the past!

The past is the past and it should firmly remain in the past. The future is the future and it should firmly remain in the future. The only thing we have for sure is ‘Now’, the present moment, all that we do, ‘EVER’ is in the ‘Present Moment’, so why do we waste so much time thinking of the past and worrying about the future?…Our previous life experiences, good or bad; play perfectly into the hands of our Ego Mind, adding fuel to the Ego’s fire and allowing it to hold us hostage with previous life experiences especially if the were bad, caused us trouble, held us back etc. And the uncertainty of the future, what it holds in store for us does exactly the same thing, allowing our Ego Mind to take yet another opportunity to cause us grief, ‘Your not worthy of that, you will fail at that, “Remember when you did that before and it caused you this problem? ‘so you had better not do that again’…and on and on these old thought patterns control us. Memories are good and they allow us to equip ourselves as we move forward but we do our lives a major injustice when we allow our Ego Minds to control who we are and from reaching our full potential.

Living our life in the ‘Now’ is perfect when we read about it in books, listen to self-help recordings, attend seminars, training programs and self-help groups but the reality is like the never ending diet, we try, then try, then try and try again but we just can’t stop that Ego Mind, that little demon on our shoulder from saying, “Watch out for that”, ‘Don’t do that”, ‘Remeber what happened before”, “you will fail at that”, “you will never loose weight”, etc, etc, etc, So in my opinion, and for what it’s worth my advice is…….

“Stick With It”…..Meditate often, everyday if you can, break free from what holds you back, from what ties you down and ‘Just Be’, ‘Just Breathe’, connect with your inner self, meditate and go into your heart, love yourself for what you are ‘Now’ and for what you ‘Have in your life now’, be grateful for all that you are and ‘Just Be You’, let go of all the pressures that surround your day and ‘Let Go’ to ‘Receive something far greater than your own plan allowed’ and you will find ‘Peace and Love’ because my friends, they ‘lie within’.

Opening Your Eyes and then Opening Your Heart to the Plight of Others

My Dear Friends,

I have been thinking a lot lately about my own life and what that means to me and the people around me. My wife shared two videos with me a couple of days ago, video footage of my wife and a dear friend of ours who spoke about my recent death experience and what it meant to them, to their feelings, how that day affected them and what I mean to them. This was a wonderful and very moving experience for me, to see and hear my wife say how devastating that event was for her, how she saw me die in front of her, how she saw the paramedic working on me in the ambulance, the shock of seeing my heart racing to the point of giving up its struggle and to hearing my words as I was brought back to the land of the living, then to hear her words, her feelings and her observations of me since that event, her worries, her concerns and her fear of loosing me again, then also to see and hear the words of our friend, to see her tears, to feel her heartbreak and the effects that that day brought to her. This was a truly humbling and eye opening visualisation for me, I knew my wife was hurting as I saw her tears but the true depths of her hurting was kept from me because she did not want me to worry! And the words of our friend, her heartfelt testimony of what I mean to her, how I brought her together with my wife, how I suggested she tried a form of yoga that she may like even though she herself is a very experienced yoga teacher and the spiritual awareness I hold for her, these words really touched my heart and made me think again about my life and the life of others around me.

I came across this video again today and although I have posted it before, I felt the need to post it again; because I / we, and all of humanity needs to check in with reality once in a while, for us all to open our eyes and our hearts to the plight of others and stand up and be counted, to actually do some good, to help someone in need, to give out and share our love, for Humanity, for Mother Earth and for all Beings

Freedom of mind leaves me with peace, the true peace, tranquility and happiness meant for my life here on Earth within this lifetime.

Freeing my mind and it’s torturous ways and the bindings of thought that hold me back from reaching my full potential. I am a divine being, I am light, I am love, I am one with God and my mind will no longer hold me prisoner within this lifetime.

My destiny is in my own hands, my future happiness is within my control, my mind will no longer play a part in my life because I have chosen to take back the controls and broken free of its grasp, I cut myself free from its bindings and will live my life in happiness with grace and ease.

Today, a new day, a day to be thankful for, a new dawning has given rise to my birthing, the birthing of the new me, a refreshed me, a being of light whose wings of freedom have been bound in the past, hidden from my view, but these wings are now free, they are open and ready to take flight, to soar high into the light, above the clouds that cast darkness on humanity, to take me to new pastures, and a new beginning.

Spread Your Light Through Kindness

My Dear Friends,

I’m back!

It feels like an eternity since my last post, sorry we have been away for so long!….. My wife May and I have been away for Christmas and the New Year, spending time with family and recharging our batteries in readiness for yet another year back here in Shanghai.

2015 was a very interesting year, one in which was full highs and lows, my heath took many twisted turns for the worst and I had that death experience in the beginning of December, that experience in itself gave me a severe wake up call, it focussed my attention towards myself, to my life and to my future, it helped me realise what is important and what is not and brought greater realisation re the 80/20 principle, so now we are back and forging ahead into 2016 I now need to focus more on myself to my health and what means most to me and really start living the 80% for me, my health and my family, and engaging  in and enjoying what I love to do, my spiritual practice, my channelling, healing etc and spending the remaining 20% on work and paying the bills 🙂

I will continue writing as often as possible and this year I intend to pull together a book filled with my spiritual posts from this blog, my tweets, short self-help articles, items of inspiration, photography and general information on compassion, love, peace and happiness. I have been meaning to do this for many years now and now I feel that the time is right to get this done, so if you have any connections or experience in how to create and publish a book, please let me know because I have no idea where to start!

My focus for 2016 is sharing my light through kindness and I will look at every opportunity to share the gifts given to me with as many people as possible, I will shine brightly in 2016 and give out my love, my support and my healing energies to all as needed.

A Prayer At Christmas

At this time of year we are so busy with the commercialism of Christmas, chasing around like busy bees, spending all our hard earned money on things we probably don’t need, buying way, way too much food and either enjoying every moment of the festivities or for many of us cringing at the very thought of having to go through this again!

My dear teacher In’easa mabu Ishtar posted this wonderful article and prayer especially for Christmas, I do hope you like it?

I firmly believe that Christmas time has been created so that we all have the potential to resolve a little of our karma and let go the old stories that keep us trapped in our past, limited in our future and not always present in our lives.

It is the perfect opportunity, as we come together with the group of souls who are our greatest teachers and mirrors on the journey. It is these souls who are are constant reminders of what we hold inside ourselves that needs to be brought into the light again. They also remind us of who and what we are.

And this Christmas is extra special because it falls right on a full moon, a full moon in the sign of Cancer. Cancer is the astrological sign that is all about emotions, families, love, caring, healing, mothers, children, hearth and home.

The last full moon to fall on Christmas Day was in 1977 and the next will be 2034. So all around the planet we are being given the perfect gift right now to let go the old, heal the past and open to the light in our hearts for our families and loved ones.

I am praying that all around the world in all communities we choose to open our hearts to this wonderful opportunity the Universe is giving us. Will you join me in this prayer? (See prayer below)

At this time of the year we often find ourselves face to face with our old stories from the past as we connect with our families and bloodlines. Many of these stories have remained dormant in our memories until we suddenly find ourselves sitting across from the mirror at the Christmas table.

Perhaps it is our elder brother that used to tease us and treat us like the younger sibling we were, yet how we hated this. Perhaps it is another sibling who bullied us unfairly and unwisely. Each story a trigger for the karma that sits inside of us telling us that we are not good enough or worthy enough.

Perhaps it is a painful memory of not being loved or supported as a child and we suddenly begin to revert to the unhappy or angry child we once were under the roof of our parent’s house.

Each time an old story arises we may become triggered and emotions we have not felt for the whole year may resurface. These emotions rise in us like  a volcano and, no matter what we may have promised ourselves that morning about not letting drunken Uncle Tommy upset us or Mum’s snide remarks about our weight get us riled up, we suddenly become overwhelmed by the feelings we have successfully managed to ignore or keep in check all year.

When this occurs we are suddenly back in the old stories of our past that come up again for us to look at.

Across the family Christmas table the energy cords of attachment are running like bright lines of light everywhere connecting each one of our family members and these energetic attachments cause us to go into reaction and response.

Yet as you sit with your families and loved ones this year I am going to ask you to remember the truth of who you are. Please remember that you are a divine being of light. You are not your old story. Please take a deep breath and open your heart and embrace your divine truth and not your illusion.

Let go your need to want to change this old story and create a different outcome – even now after all these years. The story is in the past, the experience is over. It is time to let it go. You are no longer living this experience again unless you are choosing to recreate it. You are no longer the child who feels unloved or lost, you no longer have to be the victim of someone else’s pain or projections.

Instead of trying to change the story or the person or persons involved in the story choose to let it go. Leave it in the past where it belongs. Do not bring it into the present where it does not belong.

If you are in reaction it is because you have never let the story go and you are still holding the consciousness you created in yourself when you responded to this experience. This is the karma you created. The cause is the experience – the effect is what you are still holding that you created in reaction to this experience. You cannot change the experience but you can change the effect.

The effect is the story you told yourself about yourself in reaction to this experience. So what story did you create about yourself when you had this experience? What did you tell yourself? It is this story that you need to let go of now.

Often the child will tell herself that she is not loved because her parents did not behave or act in a way that she wanted and expected. Therefore she told herself the story that she is not loved or loveable.

Perhaps when the child was bullied he told himself that he would never be strong enough to stand up to the bullies so he created the story he was weak and useless. Whenever this is mirrored to him he becomes very angry at himself and everyone else and may even become a bully himself in later years.

There are so many stories we create about who and what we are from our experiences, particularly when we are children. Yet these are not our truth today, unless we choose to believe the stories we created and repeat the them again and again.

Have you ever wondered why four siblings growing up in the same household with the same parents will have completely different versions of their childhood? It is because each soul comes in with different karma to resolve from past incarnations. This karma will drive them to create the stories they create that are unique to them because it each child has a different point of view of the same experience due to the karma they hold inside themselves.

Please try to remember that everyone is creating their own reality in each moment and this reality may be very different to your reality because even though we are all One we are also all unique with our own gifts and karma.

As you sit down with your family this year please try to see each person as a soul, a being of divine light, and not just as a personality. Each one of these beautiful souls has come to support you in some way, even if you may not like the way they are doing it.

Often it they are there to mirror back to you the karma that you hold deep inside you that needs to be resolved. They have come to remind you to let it go. Others have also come to mirror back to you your light. The question for you is are you willing and ready to open your heart to receive the gift they have come to offer to you?

Choose to open your heart and remember who you truly are this Christmas and take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to heal and resolve the past so you are free to live unencumbered in the now and create your future with peace, love and joy in your heart.

May we choose to open our hearts to our divine truth and let go our illusions
May we choose to see the divine light of each other’s hearts
May we accept that each being is a divine being of light
May we honor the divine light in each other and accept we are One together
May all pain and suffering be released now

May we choose to honor all beings and hold them in our hearts as One with us

The breath of life is on the lips of all beings

Cluttered minds create resistance and block the light of God from reaching the souls of many.

Practice stillness, contemplate peace and live in the compassionate light of God and support the birthing of new generations that will come to the light with grace and ease.
