Love and Light, My Personal Gift To All Of Humanity

My Dear Friends,

Who am I, and what do I have to give to humanity?

Well, I am human, at least my physical form says I am…But that’s a deeper story and one I won’t go into now 🙂

I am 1 person living on Planet Earth, I am one of 7.5 Billion souls on this planet today, I live in a city of 25 Million souls, each with their own thoughts, personality, set of behaviours, religious and political belief systems​, cultural style & belief​, race, gender, sexual preference, education level etc…So, what is it I have to offer Humanity?

Well, I can offer Humanity my love, my compassion, my voice and my light…All these things I can give…Freely!..I have no agenda, no reason other than to help spread the word of love through my own light and my own personal voice..

I want​ to share my love with all who are willing to listen and to receive​, there is no agenda or recompense​ required, I just want to speak out and to give you my love 🙂

Our world is filled with beautiful souls, many of which stand on the rooftops and shout out for all to hear, there​ are also many who want to stand on the rooftops and shout out; but they are fearful of being shot down in flames, held back with a fear of retaliation​ against what they are saying or trying to share with our world, with humanity! Many of these gentle souls are hounded by trolls on the internet, receiving bad comments, taunted into cyber arguments; all because of their openness and passion fondness to share their love with humanity!…

My Dear Freinds, we are living in a world where nothing is perfect and there is no ‘cookie cutter’ template or fix for humanity, we are all one, we are all from the same one source, we are one in humanity we are ‘ IN THIS TOGETHER!’..Life, living life and loving life is subject to personal choice and how we choose to live our life is personal to each and every one of us…

I am only 1, but I promise you, I will ‘ALWAYS’ do my best for humanity, for our environment and for our planet, because I only have this life (well maybe not only this life, but again that’s​ a different story and subject to personal belief again 🙂 ).

So, here I am on Friday 20th November 2015 saying to you…

I give you my Love and My Light, Please share with others as I am sure there are many souls out there that would love to receive​ the love and light from you too 🙂

I, Me…What About Us?

My Dear Friends,

In the aftermath of the terrible terrorist attacks on Paris, our world is now, more so than even going into retaliation mode, hatred is back in full force, reprisal and revenge attacks will take place and once again innocent people will lose their lives. Now, I’m not for one minute saying that we should not take revenge for what has happened, and, on the other hand; I am not condoning such revenge either. To me, I feel that humanity has lost track of what’s important! We now see death and suffering as a norm, it’s in our news every day and until it directly affects us, our families, or friends or our community then we just turn a blind eye and get on with our lives only thinking about I, me!

the quality of being humane; kindness; benevolence.
My Dear Freinds
This is what we have lost sight of.….‘All Human Beings, collectively; the human race; humankind’!
No one person, no one country, no one voice, no one religion, no one political power, no one control!!!!!!!!!!
Collectively, the human race!
And, until we get back on track and remember that we are ‘ONE HUMAN RACE’ and each person has a right to live, then we are ‘NEVER’ going to solve our problems and we will ‘NEVER’ see Peace on Earth!
Remember, we were all born into this world ‘INNOCENT’, we had no knowledge of race, religion or political party,’ we were one with all’, we were one with love, we were one with compassion, no hatred was in our hearts…We have become this way, we have learned how to hate, we have learned how to kill and most of the time it’s for the best interest of others!
So, please take a moment my Dear Friends to stop, to connect with your heart, to go within and connect with your soul and bring your new found love back to our world, stand up for peace, stand up for ‘HUMANITY’.

We Need To Do Something Before It’s Too Late! The Power IS In Your Palm

I came across this short video this morning and as I watched it, tears filled my eyes at the simple beauty of this story, the loving connection and communication between these two innocent beings and the message portrayed within the video. We CAN make a difference, we CAN stop this greed and we CAN help save beautiful creatures like Strawberry for our future generations to continue to enjoy and to love.

Is the mess in our world only God’s problem?

My Dear Friends,

I came across this image this morning and thought…Wow!…

Isn’t that the truth?…Is poverty, famine, greed, war, disease, injustice in our world only God’s problem?

Should we wait for him/her to deal with it for us, or, should we stand up and be counted?…..Actually get up off our butt’s and do something about the problems in our world!

We are after all, guardians of this planet, guardians for our future, for the future of our children. We all have an obligation to take ownership of what goes on in our world, we are all part of humanity, we are all part of the problem and the possible solution….We are stronger than we think, we can do something about these problems and issues, we can make change, we can stop greed, we can stop injustice, we can stop starvation, we can ALL make a difference and change the future….

We are but a grain of sand amongst billions of other grains of sand, but we are all ‘One’, we all come from the same seed of creation and we owe it to ourselves, to our brothers and sisters of humanity, we owe it to our ancestors, we owe it to our children, we owe it to our grandchildren, we owe it to OURSELVES!

Today is the day for you to sit up, look in the mirror and say “I am part of the problem and, I am part of the solution’ and ‘I can make a difference to this world, our world’..

Go on my friends, do a pledge to yourself, stand up and be counted and be a part of the change you want to see in this ‘Our’ world 🙂 Then go out and actually do something! Join a peace group, help out in a homeless shelter, sign a petition, stop using a product or buying food, drink or fuel from the companies that are polluting our planet, poisoning our children, draining our natural water systems, taking advantage of low wages and not paying their taxes. Stand up for yourself, for your family, for your future 🙂

Is your Ego Mind controlling your life?

Many of us allow our Ego Minds to control our lives, and we don’t even realise its happening!

Everyday we look at ourselves in the mirror and tell ourselves we are not beautiful, we are too fat, too thin, face is too long, too round, our hair is a mess, and then we constantly allow ourselves to be dragged down further by our Ego Mind as they day continues….

You cant do that, you will fail at that, that job’s too big for you, you won’t be able to do that, you have no chance with him/or her….. 😦

We tell ourselves that we are ill and its just the way things are, we decide not to do something because something is telling us it won’t happen or it will end in failure!…..

Well, I can tell you to……STOP……STOP allowing your Ego Mind to Control your life.

You have to change the way you are thinking…..Think Positive, think of all the great things that have worked for you, think of all the things in your life that you are grateful for 🙂 …START telling your Ego that you don’t need him/her anymore and ask them to step aside and allow your life to change, to break free of the EGO Mind’s chains that hold you back from reaching your full potential….YOU CAN, YOU CAN, HONESTLY YOU CAN 🙂

Every obstacle, every limitation is ONLY TEMPORARY….. You just need to clear your mind and look at things in a new light, free from the chains of your Ego Mind….Come on my friends, give it a go, be free to live and love your life just how it should be 🙂

My Dear Friends,

A Kind Gesture…..What does that mean?

…….. It will mean different things to each and every one of us….

A smile is a good place to start, it costs you nothing but it can bring joy to the receiver 🙂

A Hug goes a long way and almost certainly brings a feeling of love, caring and support to the receiver 🙂

A helping hand…maybe something simple as carrying the heavy shopping bags for a person at the grocery store, cleaning the windows or cutting the lawn for an elderly neighbour….

Giving a bag of essentials to a homeless person, not always money….but a toothbrush, toothpaste, some gloves, some soap, a small towel, sanitary towels, some socks an old jumper, a warm hat…anything is good 🙂

Just being there for someone…..no talking…just listening 🙂

I hope you can hold out you hands to someone this weekend 🙂

Here I go again…thinking…and raising myself another challenging question…….

Where is my life taking me?

I sit, I ponder, I think and I meditate……..

………

Just when we think our life is settled, some curve ball comes our way!…..Our life is turned upside downI Change my friends is inevitable , our lives are constantly in flow, this way, that way, ever changing and we ourselves never stay still, especially our minds, worrying about this, worrying about that, planning this, arranging that, floating off after the next thought process that comes into our minds and as were following that though another thought pops up and we follow that too, and on and on it goes, our busy minds controlling our lives….But, do we have to be slaves to our mind, can we draw the line in the sand and say to our mind ‘No More’, I don’t want to follow you anymore, I want freedom of mind, I want peace in my life?

Well, we could all pack up our things now and go off and become Buddhist Monks or Nuns, we could go off to the mountains of India, Thailand or Tibet, we could seek out a Guru to follow, we could give up all our worldly possessions and meditate for years on end…. But!…, will that satisfy our mind and bring us a more peaceful and contented life?…For some, yes,… It is a noble path to follow and certainly one I greatly respect and often wish for myself…But, I also live in the realities of life and I honour who I am, where I am and what is important for me. I, like most of you have family, friends, colleagues, work, commitments etc, I, like many others also dream of that better life, a more fulfilling spiritual life in which I can help those less fortunate than I.

So, where is my life taking me?….

Well, It’s taking me where I need to be each day, and I need to come to terms with that very fact, I am where I am because how and what I think, I’m here right now writing this post because this is where I need to be and this is what I should be doing right now…Fact!

I work with people Spiritually and through Psychology each and everyday, I and those who know me know what sort of man I am, I give my all, I give my love, I give my compassion out to humanity everyday and I’m certainly grateful for all the love I have in my life, for all the abundance in my life, for all the support I have in my life and I always give thanks for all that I am in each and every moment, so…..

My life is what I make of it, it will flow in the direction I take it,….

I choose to live a life of Love, Compassion and Support for the betterment of humanity, mother earth and our environment 🙂

Moving House Madness, Like Our Life in a Box

My Dear Friends,

I’m sorry for not posting for these past few days but I have been so preoccupied with moving apartments that i have not had the time to think and had no internet connection at our new home. But during the moving madness I noticed just how much ‘Stuff’ ( for those of you not from the UK or who may not know the term ‘Stuff’, it means things, miscellaneous items etc ) we have accumulated over the years, boxes and boxes of ‘stuff’, many boxes of ‘stuff’ are still boxed since our last move three years ago, and some even longer than that. This brings me to the thought of how we cling to ‘Things’, to ‘Stuff’, in the hope that it will come in useful one day, it brings us fond memories, the suit or dress may fit me again one day when i loose weight, so they follow us from one home to another never seeing the light of day again, taking up much needed space and costing us money in expensive real estate square footage/meterage!

So, then it go me thinking how this clinging to ‘stuff’ actually mirrors our lives, our personalities and our behaviours, where we cling to ‘Stuff’ that hurts us, holds us back and stops us from ever reaching our potential and achieving our life purpose. The clinging to old relationships, holding on to grudges, allowing aspects of our lives and old Karmic ties and bonds from this life; and previous lives to continue controlling us, stopping us in our tracks and leading us back to the past each time we try to move on with our lives!

So, moving home is a great time to have a clear out, to open up those boxes and shed those items from your past, especially those that hold you back, those old clothes will probably never fit you again so give them to friends or to charity, allow someone else to gain the benefit, to bring a smile to their face when they try those clothes on and feel good maybe for the first time in ages! Give those toys and ornaments away, or if you like sell them off and do something nice with the money…but, shedding those items will bring you a new lease on life, it will bring a smile to your face and it in doing so you bring happiness and joy to someone else…even better 🙂

Now, on to your personal life, maybe it’s time you shedded some weight, not physical pounds/Kilo’s, but excess baggage that you have been carrying for years, old karma holding you back, old grudges, old relationships that you have not fully let go, and of course people in your life that continue to hold you back…..

There are many groups out there who can help you with this process of shedding/letting go, if you don’t know where to start or need my help, please let me know and I will be happy to help you with this process.

Make today, the first day of spring, clean out the old and make way for the new 🙂

The Meaning Of Life Lies Within!

My Dear Friends,

We humans are constantly searching for love and happiness, through friends, relationships, partnerships, marriage and the birth of our children, but we find it so hard to find that love, and that happiness!. Love as we know it comes and it goes like the changes in the tides of the ocean, so we keep on searching, hoping and wishing our lives away! We are all born with love in our hearts, but we learn to fear others at a very early age and keep them at a distance through the programming we receive from our families, friends and relationships. Our journey now and to realise the love that is always there within our hearts is to unlearn all those fears and prejudices we have been programmed to believe, to learn how to control our Ego Minds and to re-awaken the love within.  For Love is the essential reality and our purpose on this Earth, we need to be consciously aware of its presence within, we need to use its love on ourselves and love the joy and happiness that that self love brings to our lives, and we need to share that love with all beings here on Earth, for this is the true meaning of life.

My Dear Friends,

Take just a brief moment to think about these words…

“The more we know, the more ignorant we become…and, it is only through enlightenment that we become conscious of our limitations”…..Tesla was right!

Education and the further knowledge that we gain through daily experience, ‘What does it do for us’? Does it awaken us to the realities of our world, does it make us  STOP and THINK about some of the critical issues facing humanity and our planet right now?……Hardly!

A new day brings our own selfish reasons to put our heads down and follow the masses, keep on the straight and narrow road that we have been TOLD to follow since birth, the education, the career, the family, the friends, the religion….we just keep on walking, keeping our heads down as if it will be ok in the end,…. RIGHT?…..WRONG!

If we want change in our world, we must stand up and do something, if we want to stop wars, WE need to do something, even sharing your thoughts with the world sets you apart from the majority, holding out your hand to someone in need sets you apart from the majority, joining a local group to help feed the homeless sets you apart from the majority, standing up and against GMO, Fracking or drilling in the Arctic sets you apart from the majority…Whatever you do HELPS…

Creating A New World

My Dear Friends

I often speak about ‘Oneness’, ‘Togetherness’, ‘One Humanity’ and how the realisation that we ‘are’ all connected, will eventually effect our ego minds and help us move forward to make our world a better place to live. ‘Oneness’, is the way forward and although we cannot make everyone understand; and want this, but we can still make a difference, “One seed at a time, one person at a time, one community at a time until this planet is embraced in a circle of resurgent life and resurgent love.”

I used to get so down when I watched the news on TV, read the newspapers or listened to the radio, ‘Wars raging, starvation, homeless, drugs, human trafficking, global warming, pollution of our environment, race hatred, religious hatred, corporate and political corruption and their need for global power and control’, but, now I realise that our world is changing, we ‘are’ starting to sit up, to notice and to awaken to these things, we are now starting to come together towards the ‘Oneness’ that is needed for our collective futures on this planet, we are starting to see the light and realise that ‘together’ we can make a difference, we can help someone in need and in turn they will help someone else in need, we can share the love, we can be grateful for what we have in our lives, we can love ‘ourselves’ and we can love ‘Humanity’.

Today my friends, I share my love with you, unconditional love from my heart, may your day be filled with the light of your God, may your heart be filled with love, happiness and compassion and if my words resonate with you, please hold our your hand to others and share this love.

Honestly People, It Is Time That There Was No ‘Us and Them’!

My Dear Friends,

It is about time that we came to the conclusion that there should not be a ‘Us and Them’ in our world, after all we are all humans and we all come from the same genes! Yes, we have different colours, languages, religions, belief systems and cultures, we live in different parts of the world, eat different foods but at the end of the day…We are all humans!…..

So, 2,000 and 15 years since the death of Christ and we are still waging wars, we are still trying to get one up on each other, we lie, cheat, steal from each other and we kill and maim each other in the belief that ‘We’ are best, ‘We’ are number 1….but as I said earlier, ‘we are all humans’ and it is about time that we came to realise that we should be in this together because there is only ‘1 Humanity’ and there is only ‘1 World’…So…

Let’s for once, get our act TOGETHER…..

Look deeply inside and connect with the soul

My Dear Friends,

If only!

As the old saying goes ‘Beauty is only skin deep’ and it is oh so true. If only we could peel back the outer layer of everyone we meet and connect directly with their heart and their soul, we would make perfect connections and see the real person inside the human cover.

Connecting heart to heart and soul to soul would teach us so much and our understanding re the needs and wishes of the other person would not be tainted with what we see through our very ‘Ego centric eyes’, he/she is handsome, beautiful, fat, thin, ugly, pretty, smart, scruffy, black, white, yellow, brown, short, tall, blond, brunette, bald, etc, we would truly feel the other person and connect as connections should be made, deeply through the heart and to the soul. Our world, I am sure would be a happier place, a more peaceful place. There would and always will be differences of opinion I’m sure, misunderstandings, cross cultural differences of some sort but I do feel that all in all, our lives, our communications and the relationships forged would be better and stronger than they are now.

Food for thought my friends, food for thought!
